On February 15, 2014 in Naberezhnye Chelny search conference "The Naberezhnye Chelny agglomeration in Strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030: people, economy, space" within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030" project will take place.  To participation in conference representatives of the ministries and departments of the republic, local governments and the enterprises Naberezhnye Chelny, Tukayevsky, Yelabuga, Nizhnekamsk, Zainsky, Mendeleevsky, Menzelinsky areas are invited.

From February 11 to February 19, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan pass training programs for the civil and municipal servants on work with a subsystem of forecasting of information and analytical system "Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan". The program of training is designed for specialists of public authorities and the local governments of the Republic of Tatarstan which are taking part in development of forecasts of social and economic development. In the course of training experts have opportunity to work with data and formulas, to add, change and delete models, and also to study various scenarios.

On February 12 Acting Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin visited a number of objects and took part is a session of local council in Alekseevsky region. In particular, Aleksey Pesoshin visited military hall of fame and multi-purpose centre for rendering state and municipal services, and took part in summary session of the local Council.

Head of the region Vladimir Kozonkov made report on social and economic development. He said that 2013 was a successful year for Alekseevsky region. For the first time turnover of all organisations made 5 bln rubles, and GRP - 5 bln 651 mln rubles.

The best part of work for the sum of 3.4 bln rubles was done in construction industry. The salary level increased and made 18150 rubles.

According to Vladimir Kozonkov, much attention was paid to social part of the budget in 2013, the best part of budget funds was spent on social and cultural sphere.

On February 11 at a summary session of the local Council of Aksubaevo region Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that economic potential and hard-working people can help the region to achieve higher results.

Vice-Premier, Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Akhmetov, Chairman of the Council of municipalities Minsagit Shakirov took part in the session.

Head of the region Kamil Gilmanov noted positive dynamics in social and economic development. Thus, by results of 2013, the GRP increased by 5 per cent and made 6.5 bln rubles, per capita income increased by 16 per cent, average salary - by 16.5 per cent. 2013 was successful for region’s budget system. The revenue plan was fulfilled for 102 per cent, the amount of income made 590 mln rubles.

Kamil Gilmanov focused on main tasks to be realized in 2014, noting in particular inventory of immovable property, land plots, increase of control for reliability of information given in tax accounts.

According to Kamil Gilmanov, proceeds of local agricultural industry made 881.27 mln rubles in 2013 due to solid regional and federal support.

On February 11, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov carried out a videoconference with all municipal areas and city districts of the republic concerning work of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MSs). At the beginning of a meeting Midkhat Shagiakhmetov informed participants on carried-out work on creation in the Republic of Tatarstan MSs, and also tasks for 2014. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev told about a condition of weekly statistics of services and the consultations provided in MSs. During meeting questions of expansion of a range of the services rendered in MSs and placement in rooms of MSs of the organizations, providing other services (for example, Bureau of Technical Inventory and others) were also considered.

From February 12 to February 13, 2014 the Republic of Tatarstan with working visit is visited by delegation of the Province of Quebec (Canada). The director of representation of the Province of Quebec in Moscow Nicolas Fran and the representative of Embassy of Canada in Russia on economic problems Irina Tarasenko is a part of delegation the second secretary of Embassy of Canada in Russia Corinne Petrisor. On February 13, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting with delegation at which questions of cooperation of the Canadian and republican companies in spheres of aircraft industry, information technologies and power will be discussed is planned.

The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on February 11 provided training of representatives of executive authorities of the republic on work in the State information system of the Republic of Tatarstan "Summary register of acts of reaction of the Republic of Tatarstan". Staff of licensing department of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in training. This System is developed for corruption counteraction during carrying out checks by executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning legal entities.

On February 12, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of interdepartmental interaction took place when providing the state support in a form of the investment tax credit. With the assistance of representatives of Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan at meeting questions of an order of ensuring tax payments are considered when granting the investment tax credit which definition is under authority of federal authorities.

On February 11, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with the deputy head of Territorial body of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Olga Krasnova took place. At meeting questions about inclusion  to the next meeting of Economic Council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan the speech of the head of Territorial body of Federal State Statistics Service in the Republic of Tatarstan – the chairman of Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan on social and economic monitoring Valery Kandilov about dynamics of performance of the main indicators of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan in the current year were discussed.

On February 7 Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in a board session of Tyulyachi municipal region.

Head of municipality Ildus Zaripov made a report on social and economic development of Tyulyachi region in 2013 and tasks for 2014.

To the point, agriculture is the main industry of the region. Unfavorable weather conditions adversely affected the region performance last year. Nevertheless, the region managed to improve its social and economic situation in general. According to the rating of socio-economic development of Tatarstan municipal formations by results of 2013, the region ranked 10. The municipality went up 8 positions up in the rating. In particular, average monthly salary increased by 27 per cent in 2013 and made 22700 rubles. Besides, the average salary in the agricultural sector makes 11000 rubles.

Head of Tyulyachi region noted the growth of business activity and financial stability in the region. The number of farmers has increased by 1.5 times in the last two years. At present, 23 family farms are operating in the region, two farms are under construction.
