On February 18, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of a contest committee on consideration of demands for the conclusion of lease contracts of premises of business incubators Naberezhnye Chelny and Yelabuga, provided to subjects of small business took place. During meeting five demands of potential residents of business incubators were considered. By results of consideration of demands the contest committee recommended to sign lease contracts with all five participants of competitive selection.

On February 18, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin took part in meeting of Council of the Chistopolsky municipal area following the results of social and economic development in 2013 and to tasks for 2014. Within the visit Rustem Sibgatullin visited Chistopolsky business incubator, the center of youth innovative creativity, branch of the multipurpose center of the Chistopolsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also representation of the Center of support of business the Chistopolsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On February 20, 2014 in Mirazh hotel (Kazan, 5 Moskovskaya St.) the meeting of Road Show "Instruments of Support of Projects and Monitoring of Road Maps of NPI" in which participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the director general of Agency of strategic initiatives Andrey Nikitin, and also representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the energy companies and the experts participating in development of "road maps" of the National enterprise initiative is planned will take place. Within action businessmen will be able to ask the questions about those specific problems which faced in the activity, on the example of connection to power supply networks and obtaining construction licenses, will be able to learn how quicker to be connected to power supply networks, to receive the construction license and what mechanisms and instruments of financial support of projects exist.

In St. Petersburg on March 12-13, 2014 the Russian fund of technological development will organize the III open interregional meeting on a subject: "Industrial engineering and prospects of attraction of leading Russian scientific and technological productions in regions". Action is opened for all interested persons, including representatives of federal and regional institutes of management and innovative development, heads on innovative/scientific to technical development, heads of research divisions. Meeting purposes: to create at listeners understanding of the present stage in development of industrial engineering in Russia, to give practical and information support to participants of the market on topical issues of involvement of higher education institutions and the engineering centers to development of the hi-tech industry of regions.

The delegation from the Republic of Tatarstan in the person of the deputy minister of economy Marat Sharifullin and representatives of the key enterprises of the Kamsky innovative and territorial production cluster during the period visits from February 16 to February 21 leading European innovative clusters for acquaintance with experience of their work and the personal invitation to the forthcoming international conference which will take place on April 23, 2014 in Nizhnekamsk and will be devoted to modern models of development of territorial innovative clusters as instrument of increase of competitiveness of regions. During a trip the delegation will visit France, Germany, the Netherlands. In France meetings with the region Rhone-Alps management, heads of 12 clusters of the region and the large enterprises entering clusters are planned.

Last week the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held meeting on questions of realization of strategy of development of the Regional center of engineering in the sphere of chemical technologies. Representatives of the Regional center of engineering in the sphere of chemical technologies and the interested organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting. We will remind that the Regional center of engineering in the sphere of chemical technologies is created according to the program of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "Development of small and average business till 2015".

In Naberezhnye Chelny there took place search conference "The Naberezhnye Chelny agglomeration in Strategy of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030: people, economy, space". It already the second similar action after conference in Almetyevsk, focused on discussion of a problem field of Strategy with the most wide range of interested parties. Representatives of the ministries and departments of the republic, local governments and the enterprises participated in conference Naberezhnye Chelny, the Yelabuga, Nizhnekamsk, Tukayevsky, Mendeleevsky, Zainsky and Menzelinsky areas.

According to the license legislation one of license requirements is existence at the competitor of the license of certain real estate objects: land plot, buildings, rooms. As practice of licensing shows, confirmation of implementation of this requirement is interfaced for the applicant to some difficulties. In this regard we report that the state registration of the rights for real estate is supposed to be simplified significantly. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the bill directed on improvement of quality of the state services, provided in the sphere of the cadastral account and registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with it.

On February 14, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustam Sibgatullin took part in meeting of the XXXV session of council of the Bugulma municipal area. Within this action the exhibition of the main enterprises of the industry, small and medium business, agro-industrial complex was shown. The report was made by the head of municipality Ildus Kasymov. Also Rustem Sibgatullin visited a created industrial platform on territories of the area and the center of youth innovative creativity – JSC RVS engineering. During a meeting the results of 2013 and development plans in 2014 were summed up.
