Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the bill directed on improvement of quality of the state services, provided in the sphere of the cadastral account

According to the license legislation one of license requirements is existence at the competitor of the license of certain real estate objects: land plot, buildings, rooms. As practice of licensing shows, confirmation of implementation of this requirement is interfaced for the applicant to some difficulties. In this regard we report that the state registration of the rights for real estate is supposed to be simplified significantly. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared the bill directed on improvement of quality of the state services, provided in the sphere of the cadastral account and registration of the rights for real estate and transactions with it.
