The planned amount of financing of long-term and departmental target programs for 2013 made 161,2 billion rubles, including of the budget of the Russian Federation – 29,2 billion rubles (18,1%), of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 86,2 billion rubles (53,5%), of local sources – 2,1 billion rubles (1,3%), of non-budgetary sources – 43,7 billion rubles (27,1%). The actual amount of financing of target programs for 2013 made 150,6 billion rubles, including of the budget of the Russian Federation – 29,3 billion rubles (19,4%), of the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan – 91,7 billion rubles (60,9%), of local sources – 1,5 billion rubles (1,0%), of non-budgetary sources – 28,1 billion rubles (18,7%).

Work on entering of data on standard municipal services in the State information system "Register of the State and Municipal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" began the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. We ask in due time to attach texts of the approved administrative regulations to the placed data on standard municipal services with the indication of their requisites according to the instruction. After publication of municipal services in the Register, they will be available to citizens on the Portal of the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Republic of Tatarstan was among 39 subjects of the Russian Federation who recognized as winners of competitive selection and have acquired the right for distribution and granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation. The subsidies provided to the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014, will be directed on: - I made strengthening of civil unity and harmonization of the international relations (13 098 thousand rubles); - assistance to ethnocultural diversity of the people of Russia (8 502,8 thousand rubles).

On March 13, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan passed meeting of the Interdepartmental working group on carrying out the complex analysis of reduction of volumes of profit in the Republic of Tatarstan. Questions of results of carrying out the balance commissions were considered following the results of financial and economic activity of the enterprises of power, petrochemical, machine-building, agro-industrial, transport, housing-and-municipal and construction complexes in 2013. We will remind that at the last meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan the President of the Republic of Tatarstan it is entrusted to branch ministries to carry out the balance commissions for carrying out the analysis of the reasons of reduction of profit of the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan and development of specific proposals on their elimination.

On March 12, 2014 meeting of the republican working group on the organization of performance of decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 took place. The center of development of state-private partnership published an annual rating of regions of SPP-2014.
