During carrying out verifications of the documents submitted to the ministry by competitors of licenses, licensees for obtaining the license or the annex to the license, defects, among which unauthenticity of data on the real estate objects, revealed by means of the appeal of the ministry to Federal Registration Service Management on the Republic of Tatarstan in system of interdepartmental electronic interaction often meet. Thus a source of unauthenticity of those data is, as a rule, not the applicant (the competitor of the license, the licensee), and the owner of the real estate objects, leased to the applicant.

According to the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 12.04.2013 by No. 248 to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 24.07.2006 by No. 377, conditions of granting tax privileges to subjects of investment activity change. The enterprises which have signed with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan contracts on implementation of investment projects after coming into effect of specified changes, since 2013 will use tax privileges following the results of the tax period (year) in case of implementation of the obligation for ensuring rate of a gain of receipts in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan not below rate of a gain of receipts on the enterprises of the Russian Federation of the relevant branch.

On March 12, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting under the chairmanship of the deputy minister – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin concerning support of subjects of small and average business in branch of a woodworking and production of furniture took place. Representatives of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Association of the furniture and woodworking enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC Kastamonu Integreyted Wood Indastri, JSC UK AK BARS CAPITAL, and also representatives of branch took part in meeting.

On March 13, 2014 in a briefing hall of Republican agency on the press and mass communications of "Tatmedia" the briefing with participation of the deputy chief of Department of support of business of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Sirotkin on a subject took place: "Carrying out competitive selection of subjects of small and average business for granting subsidies according to the LIZING-GRANT program in 2014". During a briefing Artyom Sirotkin declared the beginning of order taking of businessmen for participation in competitive selection for providing the state support in a form of subsidies according to the LIZING-GRANT program.

Since March 11, 2014 on the basis of the Educational and methodical center of Federal Antimonopoly Service the centralized training of contract managing directors and the staff of contract services of the Republic of Tatarstan with the subsequent certification about professional development is organized.

Professionalism of the customer is one of the principles of contract system. Employees of contract service and contract managing directors have to have the higher education or additional professional education in the sphere of purchases.

In pursuance of provisions of the long-term target program "Development of the Market of Intellectual Property in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013-2020" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 15.01.2013 No. 11, regarding training of the qualified experts in the sphere of management of intellectual property we report that the World intellectual property organization (further – VOIS) carries out distance learning courses for experts from the Russian Federation. State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatarstansky TSNTI subordinated to the ministry as the basic organization of Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) it is ready to organize methodical support when training. The number of the experts passable distance learning courses, isn't limited.

In the Republic of Tatarstan much attention is paid to development of institutes of civil society. The program of support of socially focused non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016 is realized. With this program the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 took part in competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation for granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of programs of support of socially focused non-profit organizations which was carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the third time.

Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of export support invites export focused enterprises to take part in the following exhibition actions planned for May of the current year: 1) In Baku International the Motor Show, Auto parts, the Mechanic, Cars which will take place from May 15 to May 17, 2014 to Baku (Azerbaijan). 2) In the 18th International exhibition of "Belpromenergo" which will take place from May 20 to May 23, 2014 in Minsk (Republic of Belarus). 3) In the International Exhibition of the tire industry of "REIFEN-2014" which will take place from May 27 to May 30, 2014 to Essen (Germany).

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan declares carrying out Competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies according to the LIZING-GRANT program. Order taking for participation in Competitive selections is carried out by the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan since March 13, 2014, Monday through Thursday from 9.00 till 18.00, on Friday from 9.00 till 16.45 Moscow time, to the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, the 125th office, and also in representations of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan. Selection and terms of the announcement of results of Competitive selection are made according to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 19.06.2013 No. 416.

On March 6, 2014 the meeting under the chairmanship of the Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov on preparation of meeting of presidium of Economic council on the question "Increase of Competitiveness of the Russian Industry" took place . The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in meeting. Meeting of presidium of Economic council at the Russian President is planned for March 12, 2014. The main report on instruments of increase of competitiveness of the Russian industry will be made by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov. Also speech of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov is planned.
