Tatarstan was on the 2nd place on development is state private partnership in Russia

The center of development of state-private partnership published an annual rating of regions of SPP-2014. This research is conducted annually for the purpose of definition of a level of development of subjects of the Russian Federation for implementation of projects of state-private partnership. The Republic of Tatarstan appeared on the 2nd place on SPP development in Russia (1 place was taken by St. Petersburg). The rating is based on data on 131 SPP-project from 60 regions, and also the analysis of standard and legal base. The analytics was developed on the basis of an assessment of the factors influencing development of mechanisms of partnership at definition of level of capacity of the region. By drawing up a rating official figures of Rosstat were considered given information bases of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Center of development of SPP, a rating of investment appeal of regions of Russia, made by Ekspert agency, and also.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
