Order taking for presidential grants for non-profit organizations (NPOs) began. According to the order of the President of the Russian Federation of 17.01.2014 No. 11-rp "About providing in 2014 of the state support of the non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in development of institutes of civil society, realizing socially significant projects and projects in the sphere of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen" in the current year for support of NPO it is allocated 2 billion 698 million rubles. On April 8, 2014 in the Russian Government Analytical Centre in Moscow the Round table on a subject "Intensity of the competition and a condition of the competitive environment in Russia took place: rating of regions" According to an order of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin federal authorities it is entrusted to carry out annually an assessment of a condition of the competitive environment in the country. Within a round table of FAS Russia the concept of drawing up a rating of subjects of the Russian Federation on intensity of the competition and a condition of the competitive environment is submitted.

Within implementation of the NPO of Volga region program with support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation on April 10, 2014 the webinar "Effective interaction of non-profit organizations with authorities and the business organizations" will take place at 11:00. The webinar will be held by the cochairman of Association of graduates of the Presidential program, the regional representative of the Russian administrative community Natalya Izyumchenko.

On April 7, 2014 in Almetyevsk took place zone training a seminar meeting for heads of settlements of Aznakayevsky, Almetyevsk, Bavly, Bugulma, Leninogorsk, Cheremshansky and Yutazinsky municipal areas of topical issues of local government with participation of heads of settlements, deputy heads of municipal areas and heads of Offices of Councils of municipal areas. n the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of the working group on development of drafts of laws of the Republic of Tatarstan and the regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan which are subject to acceptance for implementation of the Federal law of 28.12.2013 by No. 442-FZ "About bases of social service of citizens in the Russian Federation" took place on April 4, 2014. At meeting the Plan schedule of development of bills of the Republic of Tatarstan and the regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan which are subject to acceptance for implementation of the Federal law of 28.12.2013 by No. 442-FZ which was developed by the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2014 No. 533-r was considered.

On April 4, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin meeting of organizing committee concerning preparation and carrying out the international conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" took place. According to the order of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 02.04.2014 No. 607-r were a part of organizing committee representatives of the branch ministries, municipalities, research universities and the participating enterprises of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster.
