The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting on a question of further development of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy

On April 4, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev took part in meeting on a question of further development of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation and the Program of preparation of administrative shots in the health care and education sphere for the period till 2018.

The meeting passed under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Sergey Belyakov who during the performance told about changes in work within implementation of the Presidential Program directed on:

–  leaving from requirements of the concrete enterprise towards training of more universal experts;

–  reduction of number of training higher education institutions because of low efficiency at simultaneous additional selection of higher education institutions for City managers preparation;

–  the higher education institutions realizing the Presidential program in the Republic of Tatarstan (To (P)FU, the Kazan state medical university), are among the best higher education institutions realizing this program.  Besides, K(P)FU and the Kazan state architectural and construction university participate in additional selection of higher education institutions for City managers preparation;

–  development of new programs for requirements of regional economy, in particular preparation together with Agency of strategic initiatives of investment teams;

–  introduction of distance learning on the basis of the best higher education institutions with involvement of foreign experts;

–  change of structure of the plan of training towards more rigid selection of applicants;

–  change of number of foreign training, at the expense of increase in the in-Russian;

– creation Internet of a resource of base of the best projects of graduates of the Program.
