On April 11, 2014 the matter was considered at meetings of committees on economy, investments and business and on the state construction and local government. The First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva took part in meetings of committees. The short report on results of social and economic development of the republic and course of realization of the most significant actions in 2013 was submitted to deputies of the State Council.

From April 2 to April 9, 2014 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan organized the next grade level for the staff of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services MPC, federal and municipal authorities of 6 pilot municipal areas of the republic (Aznakayevsky, High-mountain, Yelabuga, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsk municipal areas) on work in the Automated information system of AIS MPC – the complex which has been specially developed for activity of MPC. During training the staff of the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan showed finished according to the offers which have arrived in the course of trial operation functionality of information system of AIS MPC.

The order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalov of April 2, 2014 No. ISh-P13-2189 approved pilot regions on introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in 2014 which number, besides the Republic of Tatarstan, included Khabarovsk territory, the Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Volgograd areas and St. Petersburg. In pursuance of the Plan of measures ("Road map") "Development of the competition and improvement of an antimonopoly policy" (it is approved as the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 28, 2012 No. 2579-r) Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects developed the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation.

On April 9, 2014 the ceremonial opening of the 19th Uzbek international Health care exhibition - "TIHE 2014" took place. Subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of support of export represents the medical industry of the Republic of Tatarstan at an exhibition. "TIHE 2014" is the exhibition of the latest developments of medical science largest in Uzbekistan and practical health care. Also the exhibition is only in the country which passed certification and gained recognition of the World organization of the exhibition industry of UFI. The exhibition is held with official support of Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Trade mission of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministries of external economic relations, investments and trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the city hall of Tashkent, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On April 11, 2014 subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the Center of support of business will hold a final free seminar on a subject "How to work under agency contracts? " The director general of the  SKA BUSINESS consulting company Andrey Gorokhovatchenko will act as the lecturer. Will be trained to the address: Kazan, Karl Marx St., 43, miss. 216 . Carrying out time: from 14:40 till 17:30.

On April 9, 2014 the next meeting of the working group of the Commission took place at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of the social and economic development determined by the President of the Russian Federation. The first deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov took part in meeting from the Republic of Tatarstan. At meeting the questions concerning a state policy in the sphere of housing construction were considered

On April 8, 2014 under the chairmanship of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin meeting of the supervisory board of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects took place. Participants of meeting discussed preparation for carrying out a national rating of a condition of investment climate in pilot regions of Russia, realization of "road maps" of the National Enterprise Initiative (NEI), the system projects in the New Business, Young Professionals and Social Projects directions, and also the organization of legal informing of small and medium business of the Crimea in connection with accession of the peninsula to the Russian Federation.

On April 8, 2014 the head subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Center of support of export Vasily Chistyakov as a part of delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in opening of the IV annual investment forum in Dubai (Annual Investment Meeting, AIM, the United Arab Emirates). The main goal of an investment forum in Dubai of 2014 – to provide the greatest interaction of participants and an exchange of the best practicians, to stimulate investments and business development.

At the end of March, 2014 in Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects (ICQ CLIENTS) the first meeting of Rating committee of the National rating of a condition of investment appeal of subjects of the Russian Federation took place. Within action the provision on Rating committee and its structure, the regulations of interaction of participants, methodology and working body on carrying out a rating, and also the list of regions for its pilot approbation was approved. Representatives of the leading business associations, known businessmen, the Russian and foreign experts were a part of rating committee. Pilot approbation of the National rating will take place in Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tatarstan, Sakha (Yakutia), Kabardino-Balkaria, the Altai territory, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Krasnodar Krai, Stavropol Krai, Primorsky Krai, Khabarovsk territory, the Leningrad, Kaluga, Kostroma, Vladimir, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Tomsk, Tula, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Rostov areas.

From April 8 to April 10, 2014 passes visit of delegation of the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) together with the Ministry of Economyof the Republic of Tatarstan to Germany. The delegation is headed by the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov. On April 9, 2014 the meeting of delegation with the deputy prime minister of the Free state Saxony, the state Minister of Economics, work and transport Sven Morlok took place. The representative of AIRR in Germany Vladimir Kovalyov and the representative of Saxony in Russia Manfred Libl also participated in a meeting. Within a meeting collaboration questions in the field of development of clusters, small and medium business, implementation of joint Tatarstan-Saxon projects were discussed.
