Order taking for presidential grants for non-profit organizations (NPOs) began. According to the order of the President of the Russian Federation of 17.01.2014 No. 11-rp "About providing in 2014 of the state support of the non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in development of institutes of civil society, realizing socially significant projects and projects in the sphere of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen" in the current year for support of NPO it is allocated 2 billion 698 million rubles. Among the operators distributing presidential grants for NPO
