The Republic of Tatarstan by results of competitive selection of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 2014 will receive a subsidy of 23 841 thousand rubles from the federal budget on implementation of programs of support of socially focused non-profit organizations. In the current year the Republic of Tatarstan took part in competitive selection of subjects of the Russian Federation for granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of programs of support of socially focused non-profit organizations which was carried out by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation for the third time.

On April 3, 2014 meeting of the Working group on consideration of proposals of employers about need for foreign labor and to its redistribution within the quotas approved for the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The head of development of branches of economy and the social sphere Zulfia Mukhamedyarova took part in meeting. 72 demands of employers, from them 58 new demands and 14 demands from last meeting which were considered repeatedly are considered. At meeting the conclusions of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, UFNS of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan, by the Office of the Federal Migration Service of Russia across the Republic of Tatarstan, UFSB across the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs across the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive committee of the world congress of Tatars, and also 11 representatives of the employers who have issued demands for foreign workers are heard.

From April 2 to April 9, 2014 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan organized training for the staff of federal and municipal authorities of 6 pilot municipal areas of the republic (Aznakayevsky, Visikogorsky, Yelabuga, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsk) on work in a special program complex – the Automated information system AIS MFTs which has been specially developed for activity of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS). On April 2 training in Nizhnekamsk, on April 3 – in the Aznakayevsky municipal area took place.

The Kazan (Volga) federal university invites to take part in paid three-day training on methodology of Institute of Adizes (USA). Training is provided in Russian by one of leading world experts in the field of increase of efficiency of the organizations by deep transformations the dean of the Higher school Adizesa, the vice-president of Institute Adizesa doctor Virginius Kundrotas. During training participants will get acquainted with such key concepts as PAEI (organizational roles and administrative styles), the concept of life cycle of the organization, a technique of adoption of administrative solutions of CAPI.

On April 7, 2014 in the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RUIE) (Moscow) will take place expanded meetings of Committee on industrial policy, regulation of natural monopolies and to the tariffs, devoted to research presentation "Special economic zones: experience and prospects". Special economic zones are the large-scale federal project aimed at the development of regions by attraction of direct Russian and foreign investments. They are urged to become powerful points of growth of economy in several key spheres – the industry, logistics, innovations and tourism. Recently development of ways of development of SEZ quickened, practice of their functioning is comprehended, new versions of concepts of bills of territorial educations with special economic operating conditions are developed.

For professional development of representatives of public associations and the citizens exercising public control of purchases, the Advisory council at the Government of the Russian Federation declares start of a series of actions within School of the public controler of government purchases. So on April 18 at National research university "Higher School of Economics" (Moscow) the training seminar will take place, to participation in which representatives of public organizations and the citizens who are carrying out or wishing to exercise public control over the government and municipal procurements are invited.

For an exchange of experience and discussion of strategic initiatives of social and economic development of the country, the new models of the economic growth defining institutional transformations and improvement of quality of human life during the period from June 19 to June 20, 2014 to Cheboksary with support of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects and Association of regional banks of Russia will pass the VII Cheboksary economic forum "Regions of Russia – a sustainable development".

Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in opening of the 14th specialized exhibition "Education. Career". This year over 100 participants participate in an exhibition, among which representatives of higher education institutions, technical schools, professional schools, educational institutions of Ireland and the USA, the educational centers, the enterprises and the organizations, the centers of employment of the population of Kazan and employers.

On April 1, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the first lession within courses on business English for employees of export focused subjects of small and average businesstook place organized by subordinated to the ministry export support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan. The course is directed on improvement of knowledge and skills on business communication, business correspondence, company presentation

The Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) together with the Dutch network of innovative regions of The Technopolicy Network with support of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will hold the international conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" directed on an exchange of experience and creation of steady partnership between regions of AIRR and regions of EU countries (the Netherlands, Germany, France) concerning interregional cooperation, cluster policy, ideology realization "threefold spiral" and joint projects at the level of the separate enterprises and the scientific centers entering clusters of Russia and Europe.
