On June 6, 2014 in the building of JSC Svyazyinvestneftekhim the meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov with the Head of "Kudrin's fund on support of civil initiatives" Alexey Kudrin and representatives of JSC International Center of Social and Economic Researches Leontyevsky center took place. In a meeting the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov, the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Hayrullin, the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, heads of the ministries and republic departments accepted.

On June 5, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the of business support department Rustem Sibgatullin held meeting with representatives of "Tatarstan Bank" Office No.8610 of JSC Sberbank of Russia. During meeting cooperation prospects concerning development of a network of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan, attraction of financial resources of JSC Sberbank  for implementation of priority investment projects, and also  "Tatarstan Bank" No. 8610 in the Plan of measures ("road map") of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2016, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan approved by the resolution of 07.05.2014 No. 302 implementation were discussed.

On June 5, speaking at the strategic forum “Russia and OIC countries: interaction of investors, business, and authorities in solving problems of strategic safety” during Kazansummit forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the forum helps demonstrating investment potential of Russian regions, openness and readiness for communication, and establishing cooperation between Russia and Islamic countries.

“I am glad that annual meetings have become traditional for many people present here today,” Rustam Minnikhanov noted.

Tatarstan President said that Islamic world is a keeper of huge natural, labour and spiritual resources. Development of relations with Islamic states is one of priority activities of Russia’s foreign policy.

Main topic discussed at the forum is food safety of OIC countries.

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 30.05.2014 No. 366 "Preservation, studying and development of state languages of the Republic of Tatarstan and other languages in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020" made changes to a state program. These changes provided program with new actions for creation of new telecasts of the educational character acquainting with culture, traditions of the different people, and also the feature film in Tatar language on the TNV channel.

For informing of the organizations and individual entrepreneurs we report about coming into effect number of Federal laws according to which there were the changes connected with optimization and simplification of procedures of registration and the accounting of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

On June 4, 2014 in Chistopol the exit meeting on a question of development of Industrial park "Chistopol" took place. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin, the head of the Chistopolsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildus Akhmetzyanov, the chairman of the board of directors of JSC Himgrad Albert Karimov, the director general of JSC Ideya Capital Alexey Grushin and other officials took part in work of meeting. At meeting questions of further implementation of investment projects on Park territories, plans for involvement of new investors and structure of management were discussed.

On June 6, 2014 the Center of export support of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in Business forum "Interaction in the conditions of the changing world: new view and new decisions" which took place within the VI International economic summit of Russia and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries the KazanSummit 2014. Within a forum prospects of development of Islamic insurance in the market of Russia, improvement of customs administration in the region, and also influence of rating agencies on development of trade and economic relations were discussed.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan begins regular monitoring of a situation with business development in Tatarstan. The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 302 of 07.05.2014 "About the approval of the Plan of measures ("road map") of development of small and average business in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2016" is accepted. For an assessment of efficiency of these innovations and timely response to the arisen difficulties and problems since June 5, 2014 reception of addresses of businessmen in electronic form is open.

The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law of June 4, 2014 No. 140-FZ entering changes into the contract system of government purchases. The federal law makes changes to separate provisions of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" for its further improvement: - the conceptual framework used in the called Federal law is concretized, in particular, determination of cumulative annual volume of purchases is given, and also orders of application of methods of justification of the price of the contract and implementation of purchases at subjects of the small business, socially focused non-profit organizations are specified. - implementation of purchases at the only supplier (the contractor, the performer) becomes simpler. In particular, possibility of implementation of small purchases at the only supplier in volume to 2 million rubles or 5 percent of cumulative annual volume, but no more than 50 million rubles is provided.

On June 4, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting in a video conferencing mode with municipal areas and city districts of the republic concerning work of the Automated information system  AIS MPS took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy Ayrat Shamsiyev. In work of meeting representatives of 18 municipal areas of the republic and Executive committee of the Kazan city, the deputy minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Zaripov took part.
