Since June 7, 2014 article of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses "Violation by the self-regulating organization of duties on information disclosure" comes into force.

This norm provides administrative responsibility: in the form of the prevention or imposing of an administrative penalty on officials at the rate from five thousand to ten thousand rubles; on legal entities – from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles for non-stationing by the self-regulating organization of documents and information on the official site of the self-regulating organization in the Internet network

In a state program "Development of health care of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2020", approved by the resolution of the Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers of 01.07.2013 No. 461, are made changes. So, the program is added with action "a medical support of the FIFA World Cup of 2018" within acquisition of cars of an emergency medical service and medical products in 2017 on 500,0 million rubles at the expense of budget funds of the Republic of Tatarstan is provided.

On May 29, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the  business  support department Rustem Sibgatullin took part in "a round table" on a subject: "Social business: development prospects", organized by Civic chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. During meeting participants of "a round table" discussed experience, problems and prospects of development of social business in the Republic of Tatarstan, and also shared opinions concerning realization of actions of property and financial support of social business.

One of the important questions considered on board of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan from May 30, 2014, became the decision on introduction in municipalities of institute of an assessment of regulating influence. While in a pilot mode only in 4 municipalities: in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, in Yelabuga and in the Drozhzhanovsky municipal area. We will remind that the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) is the mechanism, urged to lower administrative barriers to business, to increase efficiency of adoption of acts and to improve investment appeal of the region.

On May 30, 2014 in the Assembly hall of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov meeting of board of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, devoted to implementation of decrees of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 took place. Representatives of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, territorial bodies of federal authorities, heads of public organizations took part in work of board, also in a mode of a videoconference all municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan were connected.

On May 26, 2014 in the Menzelinsky municipal region  the Multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) at address: Menzelinsk, K. Marx St., 61 began its work. In MPS consultation and documents acceptance on services of federal authorities (Rostreestr, Cadastral chamber, Migratory service, the Pension fund, Social insurance fund), Managements the REGISTRY OFFICE, municipal authorities (Chamber of the land and property relations, architecture, housing and communal services Department) is carried out. Now citizens can receive all these services in one place. MPS operating  from 8.00 till 17.00.

On May 29, 2014 in Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of a contest comission of organizing committee on carrying out Republican competition on granting to the rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The cochairman of organizing committee, the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin took part in meeting of a contest committee from the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 29, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy the next grade level of staff of executive committees of municipal areas and the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) to work in the Automated information system of AIS MPS is carried out. Training was provided by representatives of the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan and developers of system. Representatives of 5 municipal areas took part in training (Alekseevsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky, Tyulyachinsky). Before 7 more areas and Naberezhnye Chelny city were trained in Aznakayevsky MPS, the staff of Executive committee of Kazan – in the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 29, 2014 in Moscow meeting of the working group on modernization of monotowns took place at Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration under the chairmanship of the head of the working group, the vice-chairman of Vneshekonombank Irina Makiyeva. Representatives of regions of Russia took part in meeting in a mode of a videoconference. The deputy minister of economy Marat Sharifullin represented the Republic of Tatarstan.

In Moscow during the period from June 24 to June 25, 2014 in Hotel Lotte Plaza Moscow hotel the II International forum "Production localization in Russia" organized by the Russian-German Foreign trade chamber will take place. Representatives of the large German companies which are already localizing production in Russia and the Russian companies suppliers plan to participate in this Forum. Within conference discussion of necessary frame conditions will take place on June 24, 2014. Representatives of the enterprises and governmental bodies of federal and regional level will take part in discussion.
