Within the agreement concluded between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the State of Israel about cooperation in the field of industrial research and development, the Fund of infrastructure and educational programs from the Russian Federation and Office of the Main Scientific Ministry of Economy from the State of Israel declared selection of the Russian-Israeli projects in the field of industrial research and development. Order taking began since July 1, and will last till November 6, 2014. Within selection search of the projects which are carrying out industrial research and development with application of nanotechnologies in the following directions is planned: nanotechnologies in medicine and health care, in agriculture and food, in new power sources and use of natural resources, in environmental protection, in communication, informatics and data exchange, in space researches, biotechnologies and other scope of nanotechnologies.

The federal law of December 28, 2013 No. 430-FZ "About modification of article 5.63 of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" made changes to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses regarding establishment of administrative responsibility concerning officials of executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation or the local government which is carrying out executive and administrative powers for violation of an order of providing the state service in case standard legal regulation of the corresponding relations is carried out by regulations of the Russian Federation. So, for violation by the official of executive authority of the Republic of Tatarstan or the official of local government, the employee of the multipurpose center of an order of providing the state and municipal services which have entailed failure to provide to the applicant of the state or municipal service, or providing the state or municipal service with violation of established periods, for the requirement of documents and (or) the payments which haven't been provided by regulations of the Republic of Tatarstan, municipal legal acts are provided administrative penalties at the rate from three thousand to ten thousand rubles.

On August 7, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on consideration of works on modernization and development of information analytical system "Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan" took place. The information analytical system putted into operation in pursuance of an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on June 1, 2013 for creation of a common information space of the Republic of Tatarstan, increase of efficiency of access to actual information for decision-making, and also improvement of quality when forming analytical information due to use of modern technologies. The system is intended for information and analytical and tool support of activity of authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of monitoring, the analysis and forecasting of social and economic development of the republic and support of decision-making by the leaders of the republic.

On August 6, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on the guide of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the business support department Rustem Sibgatullin of discussion of credit products of JSC Sberbank of Russia for industrial parks took place. Representatives of JSC Sberbank of Russia, executive committees of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also representatives of management companies and residents of industrial parks took part in meeting.

On July 31, 2014 the Agreement between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on implementation of regional programs of support socially focused to non-profit organizations is signed. The size of the subsidy provided from the federal budget, makes 23,8 million rubles. Soon the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will declare carrying out competition on granting subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to socially focused non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On August 6, 2014 at the meeting of the Governmental commission on use of information technologies for improvement the quality of life and conditions of conducting business activity questions of improvement of rendering the state services in electronic form by the Federal Migration Service (FMS) and the Pension fund of the Russian Federation (RPF) were discussed. In this regard measures developed by the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation for simplification of procedure of providing electronic state services were considered. In particular, reduction of term of providing separate state services in electronic form, the list of documents for their receiving, time for submission of statements and number of visits by the applicant of public authorities is planned.

We are pleased to announce that the educational session «ALTA-EXPERT. The basics of external economic activities, preparation and accounting for foreign trading» took place on August, 7th 2014 in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The seminar was organized by Tatarstan Export Support Center for small and medium-size business subjects, which are included in in overseas trading.

In the Republic of Tatarstan the republican public competition "Head of Year" is held annually. The competition "Head of Year" is founded by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of February 26, 2002 No.UP-121, and more than 10 years is spending. According to the Provision on the Republican public competition "Head of Year", the approved Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 25.07.2011 No. 579, and on the basis of approved by the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov the List of the nominations and indicators for summing up competition in 2014 Fund "Tatarstan. Heads of the XXI century" works on the organization of carrying out the competition "Head of Year-2014" are begun.

The all-Russian organization of small and average business "SUPPORT of RUSSIA" together with Agency of strategic initiatives since 2011 successfully realizes the project for businessmen "The territory of business territory of life". In three years regional stages of the project passed in 30 subjects of the Russian Federation, having brought together more than 23000 businessmen, nearly 250 from which became winners of the competition "Business Success" on various nominations. The main objective of the project – translation of positive examples of development of small business and creation of a discussion platform for constructive civil activity in the form of power and business dialogue in regions.

At Institute of economy, management and the right the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan held section meeting within August meeting of pedagogical workers of an education system and science on a subject: "A role of non-profit organizations in formation of institutes of civil society". In the first half of action master classes of the best educational projects of socially focused non-profit organizations (SF NPO) in the sphere of preschool education, moral education of younger generation, social adaptation of disabled children and educational projects for people of the senior generation took place.
