The government of Russia approved the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" regarding responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of the legislation

At a meeting of the Government of Russia the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" which main objective is distribution on officials of the public and municipal authorities which are carrying out control functions, actions of article 19.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences according to which there comes responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of the legislation on the state control (supervision) was considered on August 7, 2014.
