The national enterprise award "Business — Success" is carried out by the All-Russian public organization SUPPORT of RUSSIA and Agency of Strategic Initiatives (ASI). The main objective of the Award is search of the best projects in each of the nominations, and also search successful the practician on business environment development at municipal level for the purpose of replication of successful experience and business models at system level. Since August 1, 2014 started the closed stage of regional selection of competitive demands on the nominations of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agencies of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects.

In June, 2014 the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan of June 9, 2014 No. 46-ZRT "Is adopted about modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About state-private partnership in the Republic of Tatarstan". Changes are directed on creation of necessary conditions for involvement of investors to implementation of projects of the state-private partnership (SPP), a specification of conditions of participation in them of the Republic of Tatarstan and expansion of possible forms of implementation of projects on the principles of SPP. The adopted Law concretizes the basic concepts and the terms applied in the sphere of state-private partnership, including sets restrictions on participation of the state and municipal organizations in SPP agreements as the private partner.

On August 7, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of improvement of quality of power supply of residents of SEZ "Alabuga" took place. The actual direction of development of generating capacities in the conditions of growing needs for energy resources from the enterprises, including OEZ "Alabuga" and the Kamsky territorial innovative and production cluster as a whole, is increase of reliability of power supply for further increase of investment appeal of the region. Optimum solution is building of internal generation of 200-300 MWt of electric power.

The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 522 of 21.07.2014 approved a state program "Development of the sphere of tourism and hospitality in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020". The Program purpose – increase of competitiveness of a tourist complex of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Russian and international tourist markets on the basis of effective use of developing tourism infrastructure, and also cultural and historical, natural potential, potential of event tourism of the republic and development of the industry of hospitality.

On August 7, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov within preparation for exit meeting of Economic council at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan visited Industrial park "Tyulyachi". During visit plans for further development of park, interaction questions were discussed with large business, investors and residents, system problems. The industrial park situated in Tyulyachinsky municipal area of the republic and occupies the territory in 33 hectares. Today in the territory of the first stage of Industrial park in about 10 hectares are occupied by acting residents: JSC Kryazh, JSC Avangard-Stroy, JSC Fimako, JSC Perspektiva, JSC "Alpha Enerdzhi". Besides placement of 8-10 resident tenants in cases of production rooms (from 300 to 500 square meters for everyone) is planned.

The order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 1423-r provided assignment from the federal budget of 2,5 billion rubles for the purpose of granting in 2014 from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation subsidies for financial security of the actions provided by programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters. In 2013 for development of 14 innovative territorial clusters it was allocated from the federal budget 1,3 billion rubles, from which 213,2 million rubles was attracted on development of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan.

During the period from October 8 to October 13, 2014 in the cities of Moscow, Helsinki (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden) the Congress of Business Community will take place. The organizer of action is JSC Center of Economic Development (Moscow) with support of Institute of foreign economic relations development, the Swedish-Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia in Finland. The congress of Business Community is carried out for transfer of the international innovations to economy of Russia; training in innovative business; formation of new image of the Russian business in modern realities.

From August 7 to August 8, 2014 the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy will participate in the Republican business forum "Strategy of ensuring food independence and safety of the Crimea". As the initiator of the organization of a forum the Bakhchysarai city council acted. Action will take place in the Moscow hotel conference room to the address Simferopol, Kiyevskaya St., 2.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 29, 2014 No. 709 approved criteria of reference the municipalities to monotowns. The resolution "About Criteria of Reference of Municipalities of the Russian Federation to Monoprofile (Monotowns) and Categories of Monoprofile Municipalities of the Russian Federation (Monotowns) depending on Risks of Deterioration of Their Economic and Social Situation" it is prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation according to orders of the President of Russia and the Government of Russia.
