On August,12, 2014 Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" organized the event with JSC "Rosenergobank". During the meeting it was discussed the opportunity of concluding the agreement on cooperation in program to provide guarantees to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. As well it was given the detailed information about the Fund, the conditions and the requirements of the Fund and were given the answers to some given questions. The result of the event was the decision of the Bank to participate in the open competition for the selection of the banks to provide guarantees of the Fund.

We are pleased to announce that the educational session «The key aspects of external economic activities » took place on August 14th 2014 at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The seminar was organized by Tatarstan Export Support Center for small and medium-size business subjects, which are included in in overseas trading.
The lecturer was Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Arthur Nikolaev.
The seminar was aimed in order to choose the proper strategy to start working on foreign markets, understand the legal aspects of external economic activities, know the actual requirements for certification of goods, arrangements of state support of export-oriented enterprises.

On April 14, 2014 in Bugulma the zone meeting on increase of social and business activity of country people with heads of settlements of Aznakayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Almetyevsk, Bavly, Bugulma, Zainsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovo, Leninogorsk, Sarmanovsky, Tukayevsky and Yutazinsky municipal areas took place. The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Fareed Mukhametshin, representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch ministries took part in work of zone meeting and the heads of municipal areas of the republic. The report "About topical issues of socially – economic development of municipalities" was made by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin.

The agency on attraction of investments of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny announced competition on the best innovative project which main objective is stimulation of innovative activity of representatives of a youth business environment and assistance to development of the small and medium-sized innovative enterprises of the Russian Federation. On competition any innovative project conforming to the following requirements can be offered: the age of the initiator of the project – isn't more senior than 35 years; the product of the innovative project has to be at a stage of a prototype or a ready-made product; business has to be located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

During the period from September 8 to September 10 in St. Petersburg "The day of the competition in Russia" will take place. Day of the competition in Russia is the large international action directed on advocacy of the competition for assistance to formation of the favorable environment for implementation of business and investment activity. Within Day of the competition is planned holding a seminar  for a subject: "Introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in subjects of the Russian Federation: problems and prospects".

On August 12, 2014 the meeting of a design platform "Development of a complex of manufacturing industry took place: the light and woodworking industry" within development of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Period till 2030" project. Experts of the Tatarstan-2030 project, representatives of the regional power, business, the profile public and scientific organizations took part in action. The meeting of a design platform was opened by the deputy minister of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Rashat Fattakhov"

At Remote school of the licensee the eleventh lesson is placed: License requirements: building, room. At last four lessons we discussed implementation of the license requirement about existence of the land plot. Now we will consider the following, one of the main, the license requirement – existence of the building, the room.

Main objective of carrying out training – demonstration of productive use of administrative resources, abilities to unite and involve people in achievement of the joint purposes, achievements of bigger personal efficiency in various spheres of social realization and another.

On August 12, 2014 the next joint meeting of Public council took place at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and Advisory council at the Government of the Russian Federation on discussion of the draft of the Concept to the draft of the federal law "About the state and municipal control (supervision) in the Russian Federation". Members of Public council took part in meeting at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Advisory council at the Government of the Russian Federation, the Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Abyzov, the Secretary of state – the deputy minister of economic development of Russia Oleg Fomichev, the Vice-chairman of Public council at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Pyotr Fradkov. The Republic of Tatarstan on action was presented by the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov and his deputy Ayrat Shamsiyev.
