Changes to a technique of assessment of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation activity are made

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 722 made changes to the technique of an assessment of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation". For providing the maximum accounting of distinctions in the level of social and economic development of regions, the resolution enters the rationing allowing to consider price factors and objectively to compare results of subjects of the Russian Federation on development of economy and accumulation of the tax potential.
As part of the program, the Minister visited the Arsky Industrial Park, where he got acquainted with the current activities and long-term plans of the residents. During the inspection of the production facilities, Midkhat Shagiakhmetov held a substantive discussion with the heads of enterprises on capacity expansion and improving the efficiency of using the existing infrastructure.
Applications for the Start-Digital Technologies-1 competition (turn 2) are being accepted on the website of the Innovation Promotion Foundation until February 24. Individuals and legal entities, small business entities, can participate in it.
Rustem Mukhamedshin, Director of the Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, took part in a large–scale event - the strategic session of the Association of Small and Medium-sized Businesses of the Republic of Tatarstan, which took place on January 30, 2026 in Kazan at the Entrepreneur's House.
