On September 23, 2014 in Kazan on the basis of Federal Antimonopoly Service  "Educational and Methodical Center"" the All-Russian scientific and practical conference "Unfair competition will take place. Problems of the theory and law-enforcement practice". The purpose of conference is drawing attention of the government and regional institutions, the Russian economists and experts in the field of law, experts, businessmen, and also the scientific and pedagogical community to social and economic, legal and educational problems of development of fair competition, its tools and effective antimonopoly regulation in this sphere.

On August 19, 2014 in the Verkhneuslonsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan the zone meeting on questions of increase of business activity of country people, support of private farmsteads and to development of small forms of managing under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Fareed Mukhametshin took place. In an interactive form the leaders of the republic and agricultural producers of areas from 12 Areas of Zavolzhye discussed "painful points" of agro-industrial complex of the republic.

The national enterprise award "Business Success" is organized by the All-Russian public organization "SUPPORT of RUSSIA" and Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The main objective of the Award is search of the best projects in each of the nominations, and also search successful the practician on development of a business environment at the municipal level for the purpose of replication of successful experience and business models at the system level. Participants of the Award are non-profit organizations, the commercial organizations from among subjects of small and average business, the individual entrepreneurs registered and who are carrying out the activity in the territory of the Russian Federation.

With the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.07.2014 No. 1411-r the list of the data which are at the disposal of government bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments, territorial state off-budget funds or subjects of the Russian Federation subordinated to government bodies or local governments of the organizations participating in providing the state or municipal services, and the state services necessary for granting by federal executive authorities and bodies of the state off-budget funds of the Russian Federation is expanded. These data aren't requested from the applicant and are provided to the federal authorities, the state off-budget funds and the multipurpose centers without fail by their inquiry.

At a meeting of the Government of Russia the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses" which main objective is distribution on officials of the public and municipal authorities which are carrying out control functions, actions of article 19.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences according to which there comes responsibility for non-compliance with requirements of the legislation on the state control (supervision) was considered on August 7, 2014.

On August 13, 2014 design session "Strategic Diagnostics of Agrarian and Industrial Complex" within a meeting of a design platform "Development of agro-industrial complex" in formation of the "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the Period till 2030" project took place. Experts of the Tatarstan-2030 project, representatives of bodies of regional and municipal authority, agrobusiness, the profile public and scientific organizations took part in action. The deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan – the Minister of Agriculture and the food Marat Akhmetov opened a meeting of a design platform.

In a meeting which took place on August 15, 2014, the chairman of Committee on economy, investments and business of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Galeyev, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of local office of the Tatarstan — 2030 project Vladimir Gritskikh, the director of State Budgetary Institution The Center of Economic and Social Researches of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan Alevtina Kudryavtseva, the vice rector for questions of economic and strategic development of the Kazan (Volga) federal university Marat Safiullin, the adviser to the rector - the head of K(V)FU public information center Yury Alayev, the director of Higher School of Economics of the Kazan national research technological university Sergey Kiselyov took part.

On August 14, 2014 meeting of a design platform "Institutes and business" within development of the project "Strategy of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030" took place. Experts of the Tatarstan-2030 project, representatives of the regional power, business, the profile public and scientific organizations took part in action. Meeting was opened by the moderator of design session the director of the Resource center of strategic planning at the Leontyevsky center Boris Zhikharevich. The leading researcher of the Center of independent sociological researches Boris Gladarev submitted present the report "Beginning and business conditions in the Republic of Tatarstan: problems and prospects", based on results of the sociological research conducted in the republic.

On August 14, 2014 the exit meeting on development of small and average business in the Kamsko-Ustyinsky municipal area of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. The meeting was held for the purpose of development of measures for more dynamic development of small and medium business in the area and to its inclusion for this purpose in the pilot project on increase of dynamics of development of small and average business in certain areas of the republic. Representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, the republican ministries and departments, the organizations of infrastructure of support of business, public associations of businessmen of the republic who are capable to render assistance in implementation of the project took part in meeting.
