The third year in a row businessmen of the Tomsk region arrived to the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in training at the enterprises of the republic which was organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association of graduates of the Presidential program of the Republic of Tatarstan within implementation of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation. On August 25, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev the round table with participation of representatives of authorities and a business community of the republic was carried out for Tomsk trainees. During a round table guests examined achievements in social and economic development of the republic and held events for business support.

We are pleased to announce that opening of envelopes with the applications submitted by banks to participate in a competition for the selection of the banks to conclude cooperation agreements under the program to provide guarantees of the Fund took place on 25 th of August, 2014 in a congress hall of Non-profit Organization “Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan”, Chernyshevskogo str.33, Kazan, the Republic of Tatarstan, 420111. Applications from seven banks were presented on competition. The results of competition will be placed on the official website of the Fund www.garfondrt.ru not later than 11 th of September, 2014.

A meeting between the Director of the Non-profit Organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Sergei Bolotaev and Regional Director of OJSC “Promsvyazbank” Saburova Elena was held on August 22 th 2014. During this meeting discussed the possibility of a cooperation agreement on the program of providing guarantees to small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also there was provided detailed information about the activity of the Fund, conditions and requirements for the issuance of guarantees.

Within "Road map" "Improvement of quality of the regulatory environment for business"  the Resolution of the government of Russia of August 15, 2014 No. 816 "About modification of some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding cancellation of restrictions on use of electronic documents at interaction of businessmen and public authorities" is accepted. The "road map" approved by the Order of the Government from June 11, 2013 No. 953-r, provided elimination of restriction on use of electronic documents at interaction of public authorities and businessmen. The signed resolution provides possibility of use of documents in an electronic form at interaction of businessmen with public authorities in the course of providing the state services (functions).

At the previous lessons we established that existence of both the land plot, and the building is obligatory for obtaining the license. However such points of preparation and processing of scrap metal production on which is organized entirely in the building without use of the land plot meet. Thus the area of the building, the room is quite sufficient in order that it is reasonable to realize all necessary stages of reception, processing, storage of scrap of metals. On August 22, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin met labor staff of the Yelabuga food combine JSC "Pishchekombinat". The deputy head of the Yelabuga municipal area Zulfia Sungatullina also participated in a meeting. In action more than 400 people took part. During a meeting Marat Sharifullin told about development of the republic in recent years and the drawn-up plans for the forthcoming period, and also answered questions of participants.

Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, being guided by Order of selection of banks for conclusion of agreement about cooperation on the program of providing guarantees by "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, reminds about termination of term of  competitive documentation reception on August 25, 2014. Opening of envelopes with applications for participation in open competition will be carried out to the address: 420111, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Chernyshevsky St., 33, room 15, at 14 hours 00 minutes on August 25, 2014.

On August 21, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting in a videoconference mode concerning development of Industrial park "Chistopol" took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy Marat Sharifullin, also at meeting there was a head of JSC Himgrad Albert Karimov, representatives of branch departments of the Ministry of Economy of RT, Volga-Vyatskupravtodor and JSC Himgrad. During meeting plans for involvement of new investors, implementation of investment projects on territory of Industrial park, questions of installation of information signs on public roads and other questions were discussed.

On August 20, during his working trip to Yutazi region, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited a new universal sports ground, an industrial park and a multi-apartment house for the veterans of the Great Patriotic War and met with activists of the region.

The working trip began with a solemn opening of the universal sports ground in Solnezhny microdistrict. “The sports ground we are opening today is one the best projects. The number of sports grounds that were built for the last two years and will be commissioned this year should reach 222. Instead of wasting time being somewhere in dark alleys, let children play at these sports grounds,” Ildar Khalikov said, speaking at the opening ceremony.

During his visit to the URUSSU investment and industrial park, Tatarstan Prime Minister appreciated the project. “This is a good project, well done,” he said.

An investment memorandum between the executive committee of the Yutaza region and the URUSS Uinvestment and industrial parkwas signed in the presence of Head of Tatarstan Government. The memorandum implies the long-term development of the park by means of attracting investment to establish new and develop existing production facilities, as well as to create a favorable climate for small and medium-sized businesses.

Ildar Khalikov also visited six veterans of the Great Patriotic War, who moved to new apartments.

On August 22, 2014 in Yelabuga the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin participated in a festive event within a republican charity event "Help to go to school!". The action purpose is to assist to the needing families in training of children for school. During an action the portfolios completed with school supplies were handed to children from needy families.
