The Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved a complex of actions for increase of investment appeal of the monotowns, prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in pursuance of orders of the President of the Russian Federation which he sounded to Federal Assembly on December 27, 2013.


Creation of the specialized organization – fund of development of monotowns which will carry out a role of design office on implementation of investment projects in monotowns is supposed.

For financing of actions for support of monotowns from the federal budget in 2014 it will be allocated 3 billion rubles, in 2015 - 2017 –  32 billion rubles.


The list of monoprofile municipalities included 6 monotowns of Tatarstan (Zelenodolsk, Kamsky Polyany, Yelabuga, Naberezhnye Chelny, Mendeleevsk, Nizhnekamsk).

Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects published the next bulletin "Marathon. Standard introduction in subjects of the Russian Federation" for the purpose of granting operational information about a course of introduction of the Regional investment standard in subjects of the Russian Federation.


Thus in 48 regions sections of the Standard of activity of executive authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation on ensuring favorable investment climate in the region are completely realized and minimum necessary conditions for attraction of investments and work with investors are created. In 11 regions from 12 to 14 provisions of the Standard are introduced.

Within implementation of the Standard of development of the competition in the Republic of Tatarstan the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan conducts survey concerning quality of the competitive environment in the Republic of Tatarstan. The standard of development of the competition in regions of the Russian Federation is directed on formation of transparent system of work of regional authorities regarding realization of productive and effective measures for development of the competition in interests of the end user of goods and services, subjects of business activity, citizens of the Russian Federation and society in general. Standard of Development of the Competition in 2014 has to be introduced by an order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Igor Shuvalo of 02.04.2014 the No. ISh-P13-2189 v in six pilot regions, including the Republic of Tatarstan.
From September 3 to October 3, 2014 order taking of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in accreditation according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 27.08.2014 No. 616 "Accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan" is declared.
We are pleased to announce that the educational session that consists of two seminars “Customs regulation of foreign trading” and “Logistics” took place on September 4th 2014.
The seminar was organized by Tatarstan Export Support Center.
The lecturer of this seminars were Kadeeva Zulfiya, Candidate of economics, associate professor of management department of KSTU and CEO of “International Technologies center” and Salikhova Roza, Candidate of economics, the head of customs payments department of the Tatarstan customs authority.
At this seminar, participants:
-understood the features of United Customs Rate of Customs Union;
-got the information about customs regulation in Customs Union and WTO;
-knew the work of logistics in WTO;

On September 3, 2014 the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the business meeting of the Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov with the regional director of Council for development of trade of Hong Kong in Europe Stephen Wong and the head of representation of Council of development of trade of Hong Kong in the CIS Leonid Orlov took place. During a meeting possible spheres of cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and Hong Kong were discussed, and also the near-term outlook of development of the bilateral relations is planned. According to Stephen Wong the enterprises of the heavy industry creating mainly means of production, and also connected with processing of agricultural production are mostly focused on cooperation with the Republic of Tatarstan. During a meeting possibility of export to Hong Kong of plastic and polymers from the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed. Now polymers are bought generally in the USA and the countries of the Middle East. Also as one of the cooperation directions Midkhat Shagiakhmetov suggested to work a localization in the Republic of Tatarstan of toys production enterprises of Hong Kong.
The fund of Internet initiatives development (FIID) declares a set of experts who will draw the conclusions according to the projects directed on consideration in a preakselerator of FIID. Preakselerator of FIID is completely free online program which helps projects (in the sphere the Internet and mobile) to understand expectations of investors and to estimate the chances of receiving means of business development.
The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that the Russian Government Analytical Centre holds competition of professional management of design activity in public sector "Design Olympus". During Competition the specific project or the program, and a control system of organization projects will be estimated. To participation in Competition the regional and municipal authorities, the state companies, corporations and development institutes are invited. The centers of youth innovative creativity of the Republic of Tatarstan (SYC) within the All-Russian engineering festival signed the cooperation agreement with the Kazan national research technical university of A.N.Tupolev. Within the agreement creation of the children's engineering center (analog of Fab Academy) which will be engaged in development of uniform educational standards in SYC of the Republic of Tatarstan, introduction of STEM techniques, techniques of remote education, including programs of development of a robotics and electronics, training of heads and employees of SYC, accreditation of circles of children's creativity as SYC (protection of a brand) is provided.
