From September 2 to October 2, 2014 reception of competitive demands of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in the second stage of competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Development of leasing of the equipment is declared: subsidizing of expenses of subjects of small and average business on payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment (LIZING-GRANT)".

In pursuance of an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan the branch ministries continue to hold quarterly meetings of the balance commissions on the analysis of financial and economic activity of jurisdictional enterprises. On August 27, 2014 in the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of the balance commission on the analysis of financial and economic activity of the agricultural enterprises following the results of the I half-year of the current year took plac . During meeting the reasons which have influenced decrease in financial results of the enterprises were discussed. In particular, they are specifics of establishment of the prices of agricultural production, updating of fixed assets and motor transport park.

On August 27, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Founder and Head of Gehl Architects Jan Gehl (Denmark) discussed issues of cooperation in the field of city planning, use of the experience of foreign countries in the formation of modern cities and urban infrastructure.

Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that he and Jan Gehl had discussed these issues within the framework of their meeting at the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum earlier this year (May 22, 2014). He also said that the project “Strategies of social and economic development of Tatarstan till 2030” (Strategy – 2030) implies further development of Kazan and Kazan agglomeration in general (the so called “Big Kazan”).

The Yelabuga representation of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan together with JSC Sberbank of Russia organized  a free training seminar for businessmen on August 20, 2014. During a seminar questions of credit and financial policy in the conditions of introduction of sanctions by the West countries concerning Russia and reciprocal actions of the Russian Federation were discussed. The head of department of innovations and office crediting "Tatarstan Bank" of Sberbank of Russia Elza Abramova  presented products for representatives of small and medium business during a seminar.

he draft of the federal law "About modification of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation" is considered at meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation on August 7, 2014. Changes are directed on improvement of administrative regulations of providing the state services by optimization of a number of procedures regarding carrying out examination of project documentation and results of engineering researches of project documentation on drilling of wells and issue of construction licenses concerning the constructions used for implementation of geological studying, production and oil and gas investigation.

Not each business project corresponds to criteria for the state subsidizing. In this regard the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan assumed mission to act as a link between investors and authors of projects. The advisory council includes private investors, representatives of investment funds and banks. The number of experts-investors constantly extends. So, last week the cooperation agreement with JSC Alfa Bank is concluded. Representatives of bank will take part in the next meeting of Advisory council on selection of investment projects.

On August 25, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting in a videoconference mode concerning development of technological road maps in the Cargo Automotive Industry and Production of Rubber and Plastic Products directions took place. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy Marat Sharifullin, also at meeting there was a vice-president of non-profit partnership "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Leysan Abzalilova, the head of service of strategic planning of JSC KAMAZ Igor Savelyev, directors of interaction with participants of "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit partnership in. Naberezhnye Chelny D.G.Agaltdinov and the deputy on corporate property, the head of department on corporate property and strategic development of JSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim I.V.Larionov, etc.

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 722 made changes to the technique of an assessment of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation". For providing the maximum accounting of distinctions in the level of social and economic development of regions, the resolution enters the rationing allowing to consider price factors and objectively to compare results of subjects of the Russian Federation on development of economy and accumulation of the tax potential.

On August 26, 2014 in Alekseevskoye settlement  the next zone meeting with heads of settlements of Alekseevsky, Aksubayevsky, Alkeevsky, Laishevsky, Nizhnekamsk, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky, Cheremshansky, Chistopolsky municipal areas of increase of social and business activity of country people took place. The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Fareed Mukhametshin, the chairman of the board of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Minsagit Shakirov, representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of the branch ministries, heads of municipal areas and rural settlements of the republic took part in work of zone meeting.
