The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and the city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for January-July, 2014. In the general rating for January-July, 2014 leading positions were taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsky (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place) municipal areas. For January-July, 2014 the greatest change of a place in a rating Kamsko-Ustyinsky (+8 positions), Alekseevsky (+6 positions) and Agryzsky (+5 positions) municipal areas have reached. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: increase of consumer ability of a salary, decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of the volume of investment into fixed capital (except of budgetary funds) and growth of gross output of agriculture.

On September 10, 2014 in Moscow conference "Priorities of development of a scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020: State. Science. Business" will take place. As the organizer of action Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Center of information and analytical and legal support of executive authorities and law-enforcement structures" with assistance of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation acts. At conference questions of the state support of innovative activity, a scientific and technical exchange and  formation of demand for development  from business and public sector will be considered.

For ensuring appropriate interaction concerning introduction and carrying out procedures of the assessment of regulating influence (ARI) at regional level, formations of the effective channel of feedback between Department of an assessment of regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation concerning ARI since August 27, 2014 "Straight line" with the department director Vadim Zhivulin started working. The straight line is created for a possibility to public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation to get expeditious advice for the solution of questions of special importance, settlement of the most burning issues, the non-standard situations arising in regions at introduction of system of ARI: during the carrying out public consultations, preparation of the conclusions and tracking of further destiny of the draft act.

On August 27, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of advisory council concerning consideration of the priority projects and actions directed on implementation of the Program of support of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster for 2013 - 2016 for inclusion in the summary demand of the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving subsidies from the federal budget for 2014 within the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of March 6, 2013 to No. 188 "About the approval of Rules of distribution and granting subsidies from the federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation on realization of the actions provided by programs of development of pilot innovative territorial clusters" took place.

We are pleased to announce that the official opening ceremony of the 6th International Exhibition "Turkmen Construction 2014 took place on August, 27th 2014 which takes place from 27 to 29 August in Ashgabat (Turkmenistan).
The exhibition was attended by representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Construction of Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations.
The exhibition «Turkmen Construction 2014" is the largest construction exhibition in the CIS. About 200 exhibitors from 20 countries are attending this exhibition.
In 2013, 4105 visitors from different regions of Turkmenistan attended this event.

On August 29, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov, Head of Elabuga region Gennady Emelyanov, and Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Vasil Shaikhraziev took part in solemn launching of new stamping production “Coşkunöz” at the Special Economic Zone “Alabuga” (SEZ “Alabuga”).

Big and small metal auto body parts for Ford Sollers plant that is located nearby will be produced at the plant. The agreement about launching the production was signed in October 2012 in Bursa. It was noted that the sum of investments made 70 million dollars, and 40, 000 tonnes of steel will be processed at the plant.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Rustam Minnikhanov said that he took part in inauguration of new President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan on August 28.

On August 27, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on questions of development of the Center of prototyping "The center of digital technologies of high-precision production and certification" took place. The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted that it only the beginning of a great work which will provide the republic enterprises with opportunity to use hi-tech production base for development and small-scale or sredneseriyny production of competitive hi-tech production. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov especially emphasized need of orientation to access of small and medium-sized enterprises of the republic to the modern production environment. The project manager Kirill Kolganov reported about the done work on creation of the Center of prototyping.

On August 25, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of creation of the Regional center of engineering of biotechnologies took place. Initiators of the project, representatives of the ministries, departments and higher education institutions took part in meeting. The purpose of the project is providing infrastructure of research and scientific activity in the sphere of production of forages and feed additives (including, agricultural production, waste of agricultural production, natural minerals – zeolite, diatomite etc.) . Development of biotechnologies is necessary for ensuring food security and improvement of a situation in the sphere of ecology, phytosanitary and veterinary supervision. The regional center of engineering will render assistance in an entrance of agricultural producers of the republic in the sphere of biotechnologies to the new markets due to opportunity to confirm quality of production, will promote embedding of representatives of small and average business to large projects.

On August 27, 2014 on the basis of the Kazan state architectural and construction university the seminar "The cities for people: world experience of design of effective public spaces" took place. This seminar was held within work of a design platform "Space, infrastructure, the real capital" on formation of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030. Representatives of the ministries and departments, the profile public and scientific organizations, republic business participated in a seminar. With welcome speech the rector of the Kazan state architectural and construction university, the co-director of a design platform Rashit Nizamov addressed.
