On August 28, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the deputy minister Marat Sharifullin with representatives of the first resident of Industrial park "Chistopol" – JSC Delrus Chistopol took place. Representatives of the head company JSC Delrus  – the director of production Alexander Demyanenko and the director of development Victor Sukhinov, and also the head of JSC Delrus Chistopol Kamil Nazmeev participated in a meeting. During the meeting questions of further implementation of the investment project "The organization of production of infusion solutions at Delrus Chistopol Production association plant, including a funding mechanism for this project with Vneshekonombank participation was discussed.

From August 24 to August 29, 2014 7 businessmen of the Tomsk region passed training in the organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The organization of training within implementation of the State plan of preparation of administrative shots for the organizations of a national economy of the Russian Federation was assumed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Association of graduates of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots of the Republic of Tatarstan. It was the second visit of Tomsk businessmen to Kazan under patronage of Fund of development of small and average business of the Tomsk region. In a week to trainees according to their interests meetings in 34 enterprises, visit of IT park and the exhibition center "Kazan Fair" were organized.

On August 28, 2014 in the Ministry of Labour, employment and social protection of the Republic of Tatarstan meeting of Coordination council on compensation, income and population standard of living at the Republican tripartite commission on regulation of the social and labor relations on the question "About Financial and Economic Situation and Measures for Repayment of Debt for Payment of a Salary and for Payments on the Obligatory Pension, Medical and Social Insurance, Accepted by the Organizations" took place. At meeting the situation with payment of a salary and payment according to the personal income tax, on obligatory pension, medical and social insurance at the enterprises debtors of Kazan, Arsky, Almetyevsky, Visokogorsky, Muslyumovsky municipal areas with invitation of heads of the enterprises and chairmen of the territorial interdepartmental commissions on increase of a standard of living and legalization of the income of the relevant municipalities was considered.

The appeal of Department of regulating influence assessment of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request to carry out an assessment of regulating influence concerning the draft of the order of Rostekhnadzor "About modification of Federal norms and rules of industrial safety "Safety rules for the oil and gas industry" arrived to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. On September 1, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in the festive actions devoted to Knowledge Day in the Yelabuga municipal area. This year in Yelabuga and the Yelabuga area 8238 pupils sat down at school desks, from them 957 went to school for the first time. Midkhat Shagiakhmetov addressed pupils with a congratulation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. "Knowledge Day is an important event in life of our children, especially first graders, in life of each parent, and also students. Today very serious requirements are imposed to education, today we have to be competitive. For children it is necessary to try study diligently to be demanded", – the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan noted. On behalf of the Head of the Yelabuga region his deputy Zulfia Sungatullina congratulated pupils and teachers. Later the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov together with the Head of the Yelabuga municipal area Gennady Yemelyanov congratulated Claudia Pustobayeva who celebrated her 95 anniversary this day.

On August 30, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov visited the Yelabuga municipal area with official visit and congratulated inhabitants with the Day of the republic, and also read a festive congratulation of the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. "It is very pleasant to come to your city because every year Yelabuga changes. In the social and economic plan your city is one of the leaders", − Midhat Shagiakhmetov noted in the congratulation. Also all residents of Yelabuga were congratulated by the Head of the Yelabuga municipal area Gennady Yemelyanov. Action took place on the square in front of City palace of culture where collectives of amateur performances and youth rock groups acted, sports entertainment program was also organized.

On August 29, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on questions of development of the Regional center of engineering in the sphere of chemical technologies with participation of all interested parties took place. The CEO Regional center of engineering Ayrat Mukhamadiyev and the CEO of JSC INVENT Vyacheslav Matveev made a speech at meeting with the report on the done work and activity of the created engineering center. The regional center of engineering in the sphere of chemical technologies is created in 2013 for development of application by subjects of small and average business of innovative technologies and increase of technological readiness. He acts as the industrial ground of innovative projects.

On August 28, 2014 in Mamadyshe town of the Republic of Tatarstan the next zone meeting with heads of settlements of Agryzsky, Atninsky, Baltasinsky, Yelabuga, Kukmorsky, Mamadyshsky, Mendeleevsky, Fish Slobodsky, Sabinsky, Tyulyachinsky municipal areas of increase of social and business activity of country people took place. The Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Fareed Mukhametshin, the chairman of the board of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Minsagit Shakirov, representatives of the branch ministries, heads of municipal areas and rural settlements took part in work of zone meeting. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan  was represented at meeting by the deputy minister Marat Sharifullin.

On August 27, 2014 within a meeting of the management of the republic, deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan with the population the business trip of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev to the Yelabuga municipal area took place. Meetings with employees of the enterprises of the Special economic zone "Alabuga" and also the Multipurpose center of providing the state and municipal services of the Yelabuga municipal area took place. The deputy head of the Yelabuga municipal area Zulfia Sungatullina, the deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on the Saydashevsky one-mandatory constituency No. 30 Leonid Baryshev also participated in meetings.
