On September 9, 2014 representatives of "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" participated in the All-Russian seminar for businessmen about realization of measures of guarantee support of small and medium business and JSC Non-bank Deposit and Credit Organization Agentstvo creditnykh garanty which was carried out at Additional office No. 8610/0100 of Sberbank of Russia.

The center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Vesti FM radio station invites businessmen of Tatarstan to participate free seminar: "New calls for  small and medium business: taxes, accounts, real estate". Participation in a seminar will allow to staticize knowledge of threats and opportunities of laws application. The format of participation assumes speech of competent lawyers on the specified subject. And also listeners will have an opportunity to ask questions connected with conducting professional activity. On September 28-30, 2014 within the International scientific and practical conference "Current Trends in Management of Organizational and Regional Development" at Institute of management, economy and finance of the Kazan Federal University training on a subject: "Management of changes in the organization" will take place.
Training is conducted by the dean of the Higher Adizes school, the vice-president of Adizes Institute  professor Virginius Kundrotas (Lithuania) in Russian.

The known international project – Global village on the move school started on September 9 on the basis of the Kazan national research technological university (KNITU). It is the KNITU joint project with Li Yakokki's Institute of University of Likhay (USA) on illumination of opportunities of the organization of the international business in petrochemical sector of economy of Russia and Tatarstan, and also to development of leadership, skills of team work in the companies. Event is held from September 9 to September 15, 2014 with support of the Ministry of Economiy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting on questions of work of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services (MPS) of the city of Kazan with participation of the head of administrative reform department Albina Gergert, the director of State Budgetary Institution MPS  Natalya Barkova, the chairman of Committee of economic development of Executive committee of the city of Kazan Ildar Shakirov and the director of "MPS of the City of Kazan" Ruslan Zaynetdinov took place.

The "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization informs on change of calculation of a commission for providing the guarantee. New approach to calculation of remuneration provides possibility of decrease in an interest rate to 0,75% per annum according to credit agreements and to 1,15% per annum according to bank guarantees.

On September 4-5, 2014 in Astrakhan the IV All-Russian conference "Business Incubation and Mechanisms of Development of Small and Average Business" took place. Representatives of business incubators and science-technology parks of Russia including the Republic of Tatarstan, experts in the field of small and average business support, representatives of banks and business community, public authorities took part in it.

Competition of socially focused non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of receiving subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan is held according  Order of granting on a competitive basis of subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to socially focused non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 21.09.2011 No. 781

On September 26, 2014 the Institute of management, economy and finance of the Kazan (Volga) federal university together with Adizes Graduate school (USA) holds the International scientific and practical conference "Current Trends in Management of Organizational and Regional Development". The purpose of conference is synthesis of the saved up theoretical and practical experience in area of management of development of social systems in the conditions of the changes happening in Russia and in the world.

The president of Zabota Charity foundation on assistance to the persons serving sentence in correctional facilities, Vasily Lastochkin and the representative of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Agency of Strategic Initiatives on Promotion of New Projects Nadezhda Ivanova presented  "My Horizons" project in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was held by the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov.
