On September 12, 2014 within holding the VIII Samara interregional economic forum "Cluster policy – a basis of innovative development of national economy" under the leadership of the Deputy minister of economic development of the Russian Federation Oleg Fomichev with the participation of regions the meeting on questions of further financing of innovative territorial clusters took place.

 

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sharifullin took part in meeting.

On September 12, speaking at a session of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers “On forecast of the social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017 and consolidated budget statement of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017”, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that the current rates of growth of the Tatarstan economy are not satisfactory and regional authorities should make every effort to improved the economic situation.

Making a report on the current situation and forecast of social and economic development of Tatarstan for 2015-2017, Tatarstan Minister of Economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov noted the continued economic slowdown in the country and complicated geopolitical situation. Russia's GDP may grow 0.5 per cent this year, he said.

n September 12, at a session of the Economic Council under Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers on promoting domestic producers Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said: “We should consolidate our efforts to support our commodity producers”.

The session was broadcast online on the website of Tatarstan Government.

Opening the session, Rustam Minnikhanov said that in the morning Cabinet of Ministers considered the forecast of the social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017 and consolidated budget statement of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017.

He noted that current economic situation in the world may impede further economic development.

On September 11, 2014 within holding the VIII Samara interregional economic forum "Cluster policy – a basis of innovative development of national economy" under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the next meeting of Association of innovative regions of Russia took place. Members of Association of innovative regions of Russia, representatives of the regions, the invited experts, and also the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midkhat Shagiakhmetov took part in meeting.

On September 9, 2014 in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting on a question of granting the investment tax credit (ITC) within implementation of investment projects according to the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the investment tax credit in the Republic of Tatarstan" took place. At meeting there were representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan and Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan.

On September 10, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting in a videoconference mode concerning accreditation of industrial parks and industrial platforms of municipal level under the leadership of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – the head of the department of support of business Rustem Sibgatullin took place.

In pursuance of an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the branch ministries continue to carry out the quarterly balance commissions on the analysis of financial and economic activity of jurisdictional enterprises.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will held meeting with the leasing companies concerning action realization "Development of leasing of the equipment: subsidizing of expenses of subjects of small and average business on payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of the equipment ("Leasing grant")" in 2014. The meeting will take place on September 17, 2014 at ten o'clock in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to the address: Moskovskaya St., 55, room 429.

In the letter of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of August 19, 2014 No. D28I-1616 "About an explanation of provisions of the Federal law of April 5, 2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" a number of questions concerning application of the Law on contract system is considered, including drawing up proposals of participants, when forming inventories, at the direction of demands.

On September 8, 2014 in St. Petersburg within annual international action "Day of the competition in Russia" which organizer by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS of Russia), took place a seminar "Introduction of the standard of development of the competition in subjects of Russia". The chief of Control financial management of FAS of Russia V.B.Mishelovin, the deputy chief of Control financial management of FAS of Russia E.A.Rybachenko, the project manager of Corporate department of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives on promotion of new projects A.S.Slesarev, and also representatives of pilot regions on standard introduction took part in work of a seminar. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the head of competition development departament  Ilyas Galimov.
