On September 12, 2014 representatives of State Budgetary Institution Center of Business Support of the Republic of Tatarstan (SBS) participated in the Annual Forum of businessmen. Action took place with support of Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation in Moscow. Discussion of new strategy of development of business communities in new realities of economy became the purpose of participation of SBS. The information block and discussion of questions was coordinated on three directions: - complex development of the Crimea and Far East; - business initiatives in infrastructure projects; - The Euroasian economic union which will start functioning within the Euroasian integration on the basis of the Customs union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

On September 18, 2014 from 10 to 12 o'clock the Civic chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan will hold a  video seminar about participation in competition of SO NPO on the right of receiving a subsidy from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 on which all possible questions concerning this competition will be discussed: demand preparation, project description, necessary documents, order of participation in competition, nominations, etc. The seminar will take place in the assembly hall of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan, the address: Kazan, Pushkin St., 66/33. Municipal areas will be connected to this seminar in a videoconference mode.

On September 15, 2014 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Midhat Shagiakhmetov participated in a meeting of Board of "Kamsky Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" Non-profit Partnership. On board questions of further development of JSC SEZ Alabuga were discussed, possibility of development of flow road maps in the sphere of petrochemistry and automotive industry, and also questions of cooperation of participants of the Kamsky innovative territorial and production cluster from the international company Elsevier were considered.

Non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" informs that according to the results of the tender for the selection of banks for cooperating in program to provide guarantees concluded the agreements with JSC "Solid – Bank", JSC "Novikombank" and JSC "Rosenergobank".

On September 12, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting with participation of representatives of Territorial administration of Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Republic of Tatarstan (Rosimushchestvo), and also State Budgetary Institution MPS of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning service of Management of Rosimushchestvo in the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the republic took place.

Within monitoring of enterprise climate carried out by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on the official site there are addresses of businessmen of the republic on the questions causing obstacles in business are arrive. Each question is carefully studing. So according to the address of the businessman from Apastovsky region of the Republic of Tatarstan about organization of the retail market the corresponding inquiry was sent to the Head of the Apastovsky municipal area Rasheed Zagidullin. The issue was resolved in favor of the businessman.

On September 9, 2014 State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan organized a webinar for businessmen of the Republic of Crimea on application of the Federal law No. 223-FZ of 18.07.2011 "About purchases of goods, works of services for separate legal entities". The federal law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities" regulates a procedure of purchases by separate types of legal entities.

On September 2, 2014 started a reception of competitive demands of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Development of leasing of the equipment: subsidizing of expenses of subjects of small and average business on payment of the first contribution (advance payment) under the contract of leasing of equipment (LIZING-GRANT)". Order taking will be carried out till October 2, 2014.

The Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan due to arising questions on the taxation of means of financial support in a type of subsidies reports the following. Federal law of 07.03.2011 No. 23-FZ "About modification of part the second the Tax code of the Russian Federation  about an order of the accounting of the income and expenses of subjects of small and average business when rendering financial support to them" established a special order of the accounting of the subsidies received by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs within special programs of financial support of subjects of small and average business.

The estimated amount of budget income will make 174.9 billion roubles in 2015. Such information was presented at a session of Tatarstan Cabinet of Ministers “On forecast of the social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017 and consolidated budget statement of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 and planned period of 2016 and 2017” today. 

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Chairman of State Council Farid Mukhametshin, heads of ministries, agencies and municipalities took part in the session.

Minister of Finance Radik Gaizatullin, who took part in the session, presented parameters of 2015 budget statement development.
