The fourth antimonopoly package of amendments is given to the State Duma of the Russian Federation

The draft of amendments to the antitrust law is given to the State Duma of the Russian Federation on September 12, 2014. A number of measures for decrease in administrative load of business is provided in it. In particular, it is offered to refuse recognition of the dominating company which share doesn't exceed 35%. It is planned to cancel maintaining the register of the persons occupying in the commodity market a share over 35%.
