On October 11-12, 2014 in a gym of the educational and laboratory case of Volga region state academy of physical culture, sport and tourism games of a series of the playoffs on mini-football within the Sports contest of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. In total 30 teams of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in competitions. By rules each match consisted of two times of 15 minutes. The first place was won by team of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Tatarstan. The second place - by team of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. Command of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan is a bronze prize-winner.

On October 10, 2014 under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev the meeting of a contest committee on selection of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (MPS) for participation in the All-Russian competition "The Best Multipurpose Center of Russia" took place. At a meeting the results of competitive selection were summed up.

On October 10, 2014 the Expert seminar on preparation of holding a meeting of a design platform "Development of the Kamsky economic zone" within development of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place. The purpose of seminar is to coordinate scenario of zone action and structure of its participants, statement date and a format of action

On November 25, 2014 in Moscow in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation the II International business congress "Safety and protection of business" within which mechanisms of protection of business against the imposed international sanctions, actual measures of the state support of business, capacity of non-state structures of safety, investment climate of subjects of the Russian Federation, a wide range of questions of financial and economic and legal safety of business will be considered will take place.

Within implementation of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots from October 2 to October 7, 2014 in the Republic of Tatarstan passed training of 15 French managers. The stay program of trainees was full of educational, business and cultural actions.

In the middle of September, 2014 the business support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan concluded the cooperation agreement with the Arbitration court of Moscow.

Within the agreement parties agreed about the organization of the joint actions aimed at the development and support of small and average business, increase of legal literacy and legal culture of businessmen, effective protection of legitimate rights and interests of subjects of small and medium business.

One of forms of such educational actions is consultation on permission of legal and economic disputes at seminars practical works.

The appeal of Department of assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses", developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation in pursuance of an order of the President of the Russian Federation came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association of the enterprises of small and medium business within the program of collaboration for 2014 realizes the project of increase of dynamics of small and average business development in four municipal areas of the republic: Aksubayevsky, Kaybitsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky and Nurlatsky. The working name of the project – "Maksat" (in translation from the Tatar language "Purpose"). Within the project meetings with businessmen, councils of businessmen, the boards of trustees in municipal areas are created and their first meetings are held. These institutes of development are urged to provide the analysis of enterprise climate in area, the practicians existing today on formation of the business projects demanding the state support.

On October 9, 2014 in Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Naberezhnye Chelny city and Zakamye region the Departament of Prezident of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy held meeting in a format of a round table with students and young businessmen on a subject: "Mechanisms of prevention of corruption risks and activization of business activity".

 The report on the state support of business activity, reduction of bureaucratic barriers and corruption risks was made by the deputy director of the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan Larisa Parfyonova.

On October 7-8, 2014 in Moscow in Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration the first wave of an educational program for the regional working groups on introduction of the best practic of creation of favorable investment and business climate revealed following the results of pilot approbation of the National rating of a condition of investment climate in regions of Russia took place. 25 pilot regions of approbation of the National rating took part in the first wave of training. The best practicians in four directions are the basis for the training program: "Connection to power supply networks", "Obtaining the construction license", "Institutes for business", "Financial stimulation and support of small business".
