On October 30, 2014 training on English of "Business Vocabulary for marketing" for export focused subjects of small and average business, organized by the export support Centerof the Republic of Tatarstan took place. On October 30, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of republican higher education institutions, JSC SEZ Innopolis, JSC The Resource Center — Alabuga during which the head of Department of projects and the practician of the Young Professionals direction of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" Vladimir Solodov held presentation of the Global Education project took place. Within the performance he noted the most significant parameters of implementation of the project.

On October 30, 2014 in Moscow the meeting of the working group on modernization of monotowns at Government Commission on Economic Development and Integration under the chairmanship of the head of the working group, the vice-chairman of the "Development Bank and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank)" State corporation Irina Makiyeva concerning implementation of investment projects of Industrial park "Chistopol" took place.

The appeal of Corporate management department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft of the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation "About modification of the Resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 28, 2013 No. 1089 "About conditions of carrying out procedure of competition with limited participation when purchasing goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs". On October 30, 2014 the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Ayrat Shamsiyev held working meeting with representatives of the associations presenting interests of enterprise community, and regional to Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects". At meeting questions of carrying out an assessment of the regulating influence of regulations in the Republic of Tatarstan (ORV) were discussed. In particular, Ayrat Shamsiyev acquainted participants with a technique of formation of a rating of quality of implementation of an assessment of the regulating influence and examination in subjects of the Russian Federation developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The technique will allow to define the main problems of development of institute of the regulating influence for the purpose of acceptance further of effective measures in this sphere.

On October 31, 2014 on a platform of Science and technology park of industrial technologies "The innovative and technological center "KNIAT" "a round table" on a subject: "Prospects of realization of innovative platforms potential of the Republic of Tatarstan" took place.
The meeting took place with participation of deputies of Committee of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan on economy, investments and business, representatives of the ministries and departments, and also innovative platforms of the republic.
Within a "round table" questions and prospects of development of republican innovative platforms, their contribution to development of economy of the republic were considered.

On October 30, 2014 the third meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the fifth convocation took place. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, the State Councillor of the republic Mintimer Shaimiev, the Prime minister of the republic Ildar Halikov, members of the government took part in work of session.

On October 30, 2014 at a meeting of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan bills of modification of laws of the Republic of Tatarstan "About establishment of a tax rate on income tax for the resident of the special economic zone of industrial and production type created in the territory of the Yelabuga region of the Republic of Tatarstan" and "About a transport tax" were considered. Bills provide establishment of preferential rates on income tax and a transport tax for the residents of a special economic zone technology development type "Innopolis".

On October 29, 2014 in JSC Technopolis Himgrad the meeting under the leadership of the Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin with participation of deputies of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of Russia from the Republic of Tatarstan, deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan and representatives of executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a monthly rating of social and economic development of municipal areas and city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan in January-September, 2014. In the general rating in January - September, 2014 the leading positions were taken by Kazan (1 place), Almetyevsky (the 2nd place) and Laishevsky (the 3rd place)  municipal areas. For January-September, 2014 the greatest change of a place in a rating Drozhzhanovsky (+15 positions), Kaybitsky (+5 positions), Aktanyshsky and Menzelinsky (+4 positions) municipal areas have reached. These changes are caused by improvement of a number of indicators: decrease in level of the registered unemployment, increase in growth rates of shipment of goods of own production and growth of the tax and non-tax income.
