For ensuring effective activity of the Kamsky center of cluster development of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 13, 2014 to Naberezhnye Chelny Strategic session will take place. Carrying out session is aimed at elaboration of joint actions of bodies of legislative and executive power, enterprise community, science, public organizations and institutes of development in two branches of cluster development: mechanical engineering, production of autocomponents and IT technology.

On November 12, 2014 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the free training seminar for the organizations of municipal areas of the republic on a subject "Responsibility for violations of the Federal law of 18.07.2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" will take place. The program of a seminar provided consideration of the most typical violations of the law No. 223-FZ, the analysis of responsibility for these violations according to the Code of the Russian Federation about administrative offenses, and also a way of optimization of purchasing activity of the enterprises.

The third place was taken by team of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in table tennis competitions within the Sports contest of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. Team members: Rishat Zinnatullin, Ksenia Lavrentyeva and Sergey Dolgov.

On November 6-7, 2014 in Aktobe (Republic of Kazakhstan) passed the II international investment Forum "AKTOBEINVEST-2014". Discussion of questions of improvement of investment climate and development of international relations for involvement of investors to regions, measures of the state support of investment activity, development of public-private partnership with participation of small and medium business became the main area of work of the Forum.

From November 10 to November 30, 2014 order taking of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for receiving accreditation according to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 27.08.2014 No. 616 "Accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan" is declared. Demands are accepted by the Center of support of business of the Republic of Tatarstan for the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, office 125, and also territorial representations of the Center of business support in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On November 11, 2014 to Naberezhnye Chelny the free training seminar for subjects of small business on a subject : "Small business on the simplified tax system: accounting policies, a new order of conducting cash operations, the simplified accounting and accounting reports" will take place. The seminar is held with assistance of Executive committee of municipality Naberezhnye Chelny and JSC Kontur within the city project "Naberezhnye Chelny — the Center of a Business Education of Russia".

For encouragement of the regions of the Russian Federation which reached the best values of federal indicators of efficiency of activity of executive authorities following the results of 2013 with the Government of the Russian Federation the Order of November 3, 2014 is accepted No. 2193-r according to which for the first place in a rating 216,4 million rubles are distinguished to the Republic of Tatarstan from subjects of the Russian Federation. The rating of subjects of the Russian Federation was carried out according to the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation".
