On November 25, 2014 advanced training courses for again appointed heads of municipal areas according to the "Effective Management of Development of the Territory" program began. From October 25 to October 28 listeners will be able to receive information on interaction of public authorities and local governments in the Republic of Tatarstan, legal bases of local government, features of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Natalya Tarkayeva with the subject "Features of Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Tatarstan and Its Municipalities" acted on November 25, 2014 as the lecturer.
