Since January 1, 2015 change in requirements to formation of plans of purchases for regional and municipal needs will come into force

The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2014 No. 1113 "About modification of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of November 21, 2013 No. 1043" made changes to requirements to formation, the statement and maintaining plans of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring needs of the subject of the Russian Federation and municipal needs, and also requirements to a form of plans of purchases of goods, works, services.
