On January 15, 2015 the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov within the Gaidar forum "Russia and the world: the new vector" took part in expert discussion of Association of innovative regions of Russia "The standard of an industrial territorial cluster in regions of Russia". During expert discussion passed discussion of the standard of an industrial territorial cluster, including regarding definition of types of industrial clusters, the indicators characterizing clusters, and also structures of governing bodies of clusters. Besides, the possible stimulating measures of the state cluster policy, including non-financial, for the existing and potential clusters were considered.

On January 15, at his meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, dean of the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University Aleksey Kudrin said that the second stage of the strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan 2030 is completed.

Developers of the strategy presented the project of “Tatarstan-2030” strategy, and said that it is ready for public discussion and passing as a republican law.
Minnikhanov thanked developers for their work, and asked to discuss the project at summary sessions of ministries and agencies.

Aide to Tatarstan President on economic issues Airat Khairullin, Tatarstan Minister of Economy Artem Zdunov, Director of a resource center on strategic planning (Leontief center) Boris Zhikharevich took part in the event.

On January 15, at a panel discussion "Real sector of economy: the way to efficiency" within the framework of Gaidar forum 2015 in Moscow, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that leadership of the republic is ready to consider privatization of enterprises with state participation with a reliable strategic partner.

Speaker of Russian State Duma Sergey Naryshkin was the moderator of the discussion.

President of OAO “Russian railways” Vladimir Yakunin , Russian Minister of Industry Trade Denis Manturov, Prime Minister of Finland Esko Aho, and rector of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration Vladimir Mau expressed their opinions about participation of the state in economy, outsourcing opportunities for government companies, state-financed and defence industry organizations.

Within implementation of the Presidential program of preparation of administrative shots on January 27, 2015 at the Kazan federal university the meeting with the deputy director of Department of the international economic policy of Confederation of the Norwegian enterprises Catharina Setersdal will take place. Graduates and listeners of the Presidential program, persons interested to go training to Norway are invited. Training lasting 4 weeks are planned for September, 2015.

Changes of the Federal law of December 26, 2008 No. 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision) and municipal control" and the Federal law of May 4, 2011 No. 99-FZ "About licensing of separate kinds of activity" caused need of updating of Administrative regulations of execution by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of the state function on control in the sphere of preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and Administrative regulations of providing the state service in licensing of activities for preparation, storage, processing and realization of scrap of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals.

Within actions for improvement of enterprise climate, and also simplification of the requirements to paperwork presented to authorities and confirming the fact of finding of the staff of the organizations in business trip, the Prime minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 29.12.2014 No. 1595 about cancellation of traveling certificates and office tasks. The document came into force on January 8, 2015.

During the period from January 14 to January 16, 2015 in Russian (Moscow) in Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration passes the Gaidar forum  "Russia and the world: new vector". The Gaidar forum serves as constantly operating platform for carrying out actions of different level and scale: plenary sessions, expert round tables, panel discussions. As moderators of a forum the high-ranking politicians and influential experts act: officials of the Russian Government, representatives of regional authorities, leading domestic and foreign economists. One of important features of a forum consists in active involvement in its work of students and young scientists as participants of discussions and speakers, the last day of a forum by tradition is completely devoted to performances of youth.

The Contour  company together with public organization "OPORA RUSSII" holds the All-Russian competition of short videos "I Am a Businessman 2015". Participation in competition gives the chance to each businessman owning small or medium business to receive money for  development and to tell about the business to all Russia. Winners will receive 300 and 200 thousand rubles for business development.

The Federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" is adopted. Measures of the state support and a procedure of activity in such territories, a legal regime of territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation are defined by the federal law.

On January 14, 2015 in a hall of scientific and technical council of JSC KNIAT the seminar "The centers of prototyping of the Republic of Tatarstan – introduction of modern additive technologies for fast prototyping and foundry production, development of a domestic industrial robotics" will take place. At a seminar detailed fact-finding presentations for the small and average resident enterprises of JSC KNIAT will be held, and also session of answers to questions will be held.
