On January 20, 2015 the business support Center of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out business  breakfast with experts of council for selection of investment projects on a subject: "Development of offers on creation of effective instruments of support of subjects of small and average business". Representatives of the Crimean business club, authorities and businessmen of Bakhchisarai also became guests of a business meeting. Within discussion the decision on signing of the cooperation agreement between the Center of business support of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Crimean business club was made. Also, were arrived the offer on renewal of the training webinars for subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Crimea concerning the Russian legislation.

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations for an assessment of the regulating influence of the draft of the federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About heat supply" and other Federal laws concerning improvement of system of the relations in the sphere of heat supply" came to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. We invite representatives of business associations to study the regulatory legal act.

Representatives of Tatarstan during the videoconference organized by the World Bank on January 20, 2014 allocated a number of the problems limiting economic growth and designated the possible directions of their decision. The non-profit organization "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan"  informs that as of January 1, 2015 the number of the existing guarantees of fund consists 129 for the sum of 465,6 million rubles. It allowed businessmen to attract the loans in addition for the sum of 941,6 million rubles.

Now in the Russian Federation the package of measures for stimulation of development of small and medium business is formed. In the first half of 2015 the meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation concerning "Measures for Development of Small and Average Business in the Russian Federation" will take place.

On February 13, 2015 in the Republic of Tatarstan the IV Regional scientific and practical conference "Formation and Development of the Market of Intellectual Property in the Region" will take place. Work of Conference will be organized on the following round tables: – "A place of estimation of cost of objects of intellectual property at commercialization of scientific development" – "Methods and ways of an assessment of objects of intellectual property" – "Management and personnel policy in the field of an assessment of objects of intellectual property".

For coordination of activities of public authorities for ensuring stable development of monoprofile settlements the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation starts complex monitoring of economic and social situation of monotowns. The monitoring will be carried out in monotowns included to the list approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 29.07.2014 No. 1398-r. According to specialists of the Ministry of Economic Development, results of an assessment will help to reveal in due time risks of deterioration of economic and social situation in monotowns and to prepare offers on additional measures of their state support.

The fund of financial support for subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan suggests businessmen to use loan resources on attractive conditions for the purpose of development of production in priority branches such as agriculture, construction, production and processing (including the providing import substitution), services, innovations and the activity aimed at the development of science and equipment.

Since January 1, 2015 the changes of the Tax code of the Russian Federation regarding patent system of the taxation came into force.

According to changes of the federal legislation the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out work on preparation of the bill of modification of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan, joint with profile public authorities, public organizations and associations of businessmen, of 29.09.2012 No. 65-ZRT "About introduction in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan of patent system of the taxation".
