The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov charged to finish the plan of measures for 2015 on implementation of the Subprogramme "Increase of labor productivity at the enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020. Also the Ministry of the housekeeper of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, GAU "The Center of Energy Saving Technologies of the Republic of Tatarstan at the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan" will prepare offers on measures and mechanisms of support of the enterprises at the federal level.

The order of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan of 31.12.2014 No. 501 is approved the Order of carrying out checks of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan functioning in municipal areas and the city districts of the Republic of Tatarstan on compliance to requirements of the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of December 22, 2012 No. 1376 and the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of September 27, 2011 No. 797.

The meeting of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Expert group "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" (ASI) on monitoring of the Standard of activities of executive authorities for ensuring favorable investment climate in the Republic of Tatarstan (Standard) took place. Top managers and experts of the companies who are included into the ASI Expert group participated in a meeting of Expert group: "Dorkhan 21vek – Kazan", "Agency on attraction of investments", Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, "Vash byt-A", "ZhBI-TAPS Plant", "Remtekhkomplekt", Settlement information center. From the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan the head of department of investment activity Igor Gubaidulin participated in a meeting.

On January 23, 2015 in the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of Civic youth chamber at the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. At the meeting the topical issues devoted to measures of support of youth and their initiatives in the Republic of Tatarstan were discussed. The First Deputy Minister of Economiy cs of the Republic of Tatarstan Sariya Siraziyeva made a speech at a meeting.

In the Republic of Tatarstan started youth competition "Strategy of Tatarstan is my strategy!", which is carried out for involvement youth in discussion and work on the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030 for identification of representation and opinion of youth on directions of Strategy, and also formation of "bank of ideas" of youth for inclusion in Strategy.

The draft of the federal law "About bases of the state and municipal control and supervision in the Russian Federation", developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation came for consideration to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan. We invite representatives of business associations, experts of higher educational institutions, experts in this sphere to study the project. On January 22, 2015 in the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan passed meeting in the videoconference mode with Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere. From the republic representatives of the Ministry of Economy, and also heads of the organizations of infrastructure of support of small and average business took part in this meeting. During a videoconference questions of monitoring of realization by subjects of the Russian Federation of actions for creation and ensuring activity of objects of innovative infrastructure for subjects of small and average business, and also participation of subjects in the competition held by Fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere on granting grants to the small innovative enterprises on financial security of innovative projects which results have commercialization prospect were discussed.

The federal law of December 29, 2014 No. 464-FZ made the changes in the second part of the Tax code of the Russian Federation providing tax privileges for the organizations which are engaged in social service of citizens. Services in support and social service of citizens of advanced age are exempted from payment of a value added tax, disabled people, neglected children and other persons who are recognized needing social service and to which social services in the organizations of social service, regardless of their stay in a difficult life situation are provided.

On February 18-20, 2015 in Naberezhnye Chelny on the basis of the K(V)FU Engineering center and the exhibition center "Expo Kama" the annual Kama industrial forum – 2015 will take place. Representatives of republican executive authorities, and also about 150 enterprises of the Zakamsky zone, including participants of the Kamsky territorial and production cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan will take part in work of the Forum.

The main objective when carrying out ARI is the analysis of drafts of regulations regarding existence of excess, expensive requirements for business. For 2014 ARI Department of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation prepared 1041 conclusions about ARI. 354 drafts of regulations by results of ARI were recognized expensive and inappropriate to the regulation purposes. During preparation of the conclusions cases of identification of essential expenses of subjects of business activity in connection with introduction of new regulation while the developer specified about lack of any additional expenses were frequent.
