The order and terms of commissioning of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases were established

By the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation No. 36 established of January 23, 2015 an order of functioning of uniform information system in the sphere of purchases and terms of its input in operation.

The uniform information system consists of the subsystems created and finished within maintaining and service of the Official all-russian site http://zakupki .gov.ru, and also in addition created subsystems. According to the resolution the list of subsystems is defined in technical documentation on system on the basis of the functional requirements established to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russian Federation.

The plan of priority actions for providing a sustainable development of economy and social stability in 2015 was approved

By the order of the Government of Russian Federation No. 98-r of January 27, 2015 the plan of priority actions for providing a sustainable development of economy and social stability in 2015 was approved.

The plan provides 4 subsections: activization of economic growth, support of branches of economy, ensuring social stability, monitoring and control of a situation in economy and the social sphere.

Representatives of the leasing companies and enterprise community urged to expand parameters of the Leasing Grant program

In the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan last Wednesday representatives of the ministry, the accredited leasing companies and enterprise communities of Tatarstan discussed questions of distribution of means of the state support of manufacturing enterprises of small and medium business of the republic.

The large industrial enterprises will be brought out of the center of Kazan to suburbs with introduction of progressive ecological technologies

On January 27, 2015 the meeting of Advisory council at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan on discussion of the Concept of modernization and a conclusion of the large industrial enterprises of Kazan to its suburbs with introduction of progressive ecological technologies took place. Members of Advisory council, representatives of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan and Executive committee of Kazan participated in a meeting.

During the meeting members of Advisory council considered the draft of the Concept of modernization and a conclusion of the large industrial enterprises of Kazan to its suburbs presented by the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan with introduction of progressive ecological technologies which development is provided by the Program of social and economic development of the Republic for 2011-2015.

In the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding took place

On January 28, 2015 in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan the next meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place.

The report "About results of activity of the enterprises of a petrochemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014" was made by the CEO of JSC Tatneftekhiminvest-holding Rafinat Yarullin.

Inhabitants of Tatarstan will give an assessment to heads of local governments

From February 1 to March 1, 2015 surveys of the population of the republic conducted according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov of January 29, 2014 No. UP-79 "About the statement of the Order of the organization and carrying out polls of the population about the efficiency of activity of heads of local governments of city districts and municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, the unitary enterprises and establishments operating at the republican and municipal levels, joint-stock companies which controlling stake is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan or in municipal property, the services which are carrying out rendering to the population of city districts and municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan, with application of information and telecommunication networks and information technologies" will take place.

Within discussion of the first edition of Strategy 2030 Strategy of accumulation of the human capital was considered

On January 28, 2015 in the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting with developers of the Tatarstan-2030 project on discussion of the first edition of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 took place.

In the agenda – consideration of Strategy of accumulation of the human capital. Chaired by the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan, the head of a design platform "The human capital" of the Tatarstan-2030 project Engel Fattakhov.

In March the Russian week of public-private partnership will be held

On March 17-20, 2015 in the International multimedia press center "Russia today" (Moscow, Zubovsky Boulevard, 4) will take place infrastructure congress "Russian week of public-private partnership" (Week of PPP). As the organizer the Center of development of PPP with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" acts.

A plant to assemble laser systems to be built in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone

On January 27, at their meeting at Tatarstan Government House, Tatartsan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of STA “IRE-Polus” Valentin Gapontsev discussed current issues of the company activity in the republic, particularly, the functioning of the KAI-Laser Center. Also, the parties have come to an agreement to build a plant to assemble laser systems in the Alabuga Special Economic Zone.

In the presence of Minnikhanov and Gapontsev, First Deputy Director General of the IRE-Polus Andrey Ushakov and Director General of the SEZ “Alabuga” signed an agreement of intent to build the plant. It is supposed that the project will be considered by the Supervisory Council of the SEZ “Alabuga” and Expert Council under the Russian Ministry of Economic Development in the near future.

The project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan for the period till 2030 was discussed on board of the Ministry of Culture

On January 27, 2015 enlarged meeting of board of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan "About the main results of activity of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 – in a Year of culture, and tasks for 2015" took place.

Within Board at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the key directions in the sphere of culture of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic till 2030 were considered.
