The question of development of an information and communication complex within the project of Strategy 2030 was raised during a meeting of board of the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan

On February 11, 2015 the meeting of board of the Ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan "About results of work of branch of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014 and tasks for 2015" took place. Within a meeting of board at the request of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov also key questions of long-term development of information and communication complexes within the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the republic till 2030 were considered.
