The "Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization reminds of continuation of open competition on additional selection of banks for participation in the program of providing guarantees of fund. Completion date of submission of demands expires on March 5, 2015. Procedure of opening of envelopes with applications for participation in open competition will take place at 14 hours 00 minutes on March 5, 2015 to the address: 420111, Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Chernyshevsky St., 33, 2 эт, 15 conference room.

Since July 1, 2015 will come into force changes of an order of carrying out the assessment of the regulating influence (ARI), approved as the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of January 30, 2015 No. 83. Changes affect the ARI procedure of federal regulations.

On February 26 at 10:00 Civic chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan carry out a round table on a subject: "Effective interaction of the power and enterprise community in realization of an anti-crisis plan" with participation of representatives of the ministries, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan, Association of the enterprises of small and medium business of the Republic of Tatarstan, Association of farmers of Russia, the Tatarstan regional office of the all-Russian public organization of small and average business "SUPPORT of Russia", the Tatarstan regional office of the all-Russian public organization "Business Russia".

The Fund of financial support of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan subordinated to the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 will be capitalized. The total amount of fund will make 500 million rubles from which 100 million rubles are already allocated from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan, and 400 million rubles are expected on the terms of joint financing from the federal budget. The fund provides to subjects of small and average business microloans to 1 million rubles for a period of up to 3 years at the rate to 10% per annum. Activity of fund gains especially value in the conditions of considerable rise in price of financial resources for business.

On February 24, at a briefing at Tatarstan cabinet of ministers, Minister of economy Artem Zdunov said that the republic will apply for participation in the contest of Russian Ministry of Economic Development on supporting small and medium-size enterprises.

Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Economy Rustem Sibgatullin and Head of the business support centre Dilyus Shavaliev took part in the briefing.

According to Artem Zdunov, support of businessmen under Leasing-grant programme will be continued this year. He noted that the support is rendered in two areas, creation of infrastructure and direct financial support.

The Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in the meeting of the working group on preparation for a meeting of the State Council of the Russian Federation which passed on February 20, 2015 in Tula "About measures for development of small and average business in the Russian Federation". Also from the Republic of Tatarstan the head of the Center of business support Dilyus Shavaliyev participated in meeting. Representatives of the profile ministries and departments of regions of Russia, and also representatives of public associations, the president of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and others took part in meeting.
