Now there passes the final part of the Forum within which meetings, seminars and master classes from heads and representatives of public authorities, the enterprises, large business and science of the Republic of Tatarstan are held. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin took part in one of such meetings.

During a meeting Oleg Pelevin presented to participants of a youth forum basic provisions of the project of Strategy of social and economic development of the Republic of Tatarstan till 2030, and also answered a number of questions about the priority directions of development of economy of the republic and opportunities of participation of youth in development of economic capacity of Tatarstan.

The Federal State Statistics Service summed up the results of the All-Russian research "Information Society" conducted in October-November of last year. According to it, 10,6% of adult Russians within the last 12 months interacted with public authorities and local government on the Internet, using the official sites (value of an indicator following the results of 2013 was higher - 10,7%). It makes 35% of total number which addressed to authorities for last year.

It should be noted that monitoring of number of the citizens using the mechanism of receiving the state and municipal services in an electronic form is conducted within realization of instructions of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2012 No. 601 "About the main directions of improvement of system of public administration on finishing by 2018 a share of the citizens using the mechanism of receiving electronic state services to level not less than 70%".

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on May 18, 2015 the meeting of the Commission on accreditation of subjects of infrastructure of property support of small and average business at which the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered will take place at 14:00. In total 13 applications are submitted for the forthcoming accreditation. All demands are allowed to accreditation.

On May 12, 2015 the acting president of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a working meeting with the CEO of Fund of Development of Monotowns non-profit organization Dmitry Skrivanov.

The First Deputy Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin, the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasyl Shaykhraziyev, the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Albert Nafigin the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the head of the Zelenodolsky area Alexander Tygin, the deputy head of executive committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny Natalya Kropotova, and also representatives of the investors realizing investment projects in monotowns the Zelenodolsk and Naberezhnye Chelny also participated in a meeting.

Since May, 2015 the Pension fund of the Russian Federation began reception of applications from citizens on a lump sum from means of a maternity capital of 20 000 rubles. Those families will be able to use this right, which acquired or will acquire the right for the maternal certificate beforе December 31, 2015 and didn't use all sum of a maternity capital on the main directions of an expenditure of the capital.

At the decision to receive a lump sum the application it is necessary to submit no later than March 31, 2016 to territorial authorities of the Pension fund of the Russian Federation or to the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services.

On May 9 in Naberezhnye Chelny passed the festive events dated for the 70 anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

Festive actions began with a flower-laying ceremony to a monument to the Hero of the Soviet Union Musa Dzhalil. The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the head of executive committee of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, other officials, the military personnel and representatives of the public participated in a ceremony.

Then the Minister of Economics took part in solemn procession of Parade of the Victory which took place on the square at the memorial Motherland complex. Participants of solemn procession observed a minute of silence in memory of the dead during war. On the last blows of a metronome in the sky 70 white pigeons flew up.

On May 7, 2015 the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation at which the question of an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation following the results of 2014 was considered. We remind that the assessment of overall performance of authorities in regions is carried out according to the Decree of the President of Russia of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About an assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation".

By results of an assessment of efficiency 20 leading regions are defined: Republic of Tatarstan, Chechen Republic, Republic of Ingushetia, Voronezh region, Lipetsk region, St. Petersburg, Tyumen region, Tambov region, Yamal-Nenets autonomous area, Nenets Autonomous area, Republic of Mari El, Republic of Mordovia, Moscow region, Republic of Bashkortostan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, Novosibirsk region, Krasnodar Krai, Astrakhan region, Magadan region, Sakhalin region.

On May 7, 2015 the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin held a meeting of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation. The question of the course of performance so-called the "May decrees" concerning the social sphere was on the agenda: health care, education and compensation.

As Vladimir Putin said in the speech, "in May decrees strategic objectives of our development are designated, their achievement is urged to provide dynamic development and self-sufficiency of the country, wellbeing of citizens of Russia".

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with SUE Agency by the State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan continues holding the training government procurements seminars.

To participation the IT companies ‑ participants of clusters and heads of cluster structures are invited.

The association of innovative regions of Russia within rendering assistance of clusters to the participating organizations in a conclusion to the market of new products (services) and development of cooperation in the scientific and technical sphere, including with the foreign organizations, invites to participatе in the international festival of the digital industry "The future on Seine" which will take place in Paris from June 11 to June 14, 2015.

Within a festival it will be possible to get acquainted with experience of development and functioning of the European and world IT of clusters, and also to participate in business meetings with the IT companies of the Parisian region.
