It is planned to oblige customers to prove impossibility of purchase of domestic goods

Article 14 of the Federal law "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ is planned to add with the provision on a duty of the state and municipal customers to publish in uniform information system (further – EIS) justification of impossibility or inexpediency of observance concerning purchase of a ban on the admission or restrictions on the admission of goods, works, services for implementation of purchases. The order of publication of the report in EIS will be established by the Government of the Russian Federation.
Thus, it is planned to oblige customers to prove impossibility of purchase of domestic goods.
The specified changes are provided by the draft of the federal law No. 764677-6 which is under consideration of the State Duma.
It should be noted that the Government of the Russian Federation established a ban on the admission to purchases, including separate types of foreign goods of mechanical engineering and light industry, and also the admission to purchases of some foreign medical products is limited.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
