On May 19, 2015 in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation the Turkish group of companies "Mir Holding" presented the investment project on creation of a specialized hothouse zone in the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting passed with participation of the deputy minister of economic development Alexander Tsybulsky, the director of the department of regional development of the Ministry of economic development Ruslan Zalivatsky, the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Bulat Haziakhmetov, CEO "OEZ PPT "Alabuga" of Timur Shagivaleev, the deputy CEO for development SUE Republican Agro-industrial Center of Investments and Innovations A.Y.Mavlanov, the head of the Mir holding company Ibrahim Mirmakhmutogullara.

From May 18 to May 23, 2015 in Kazan at the exhibition center "Kazan Fair"  the Final of the III National Championship on professional skill according to the WorldSkills standards passes.

The final of the national WorldSkills Russia championship 2015 in Kazan is the final stage of the large-scale All-Russian championship which attracted a huge number of participants from different regions of Russia, following the results of the final the structure of a national team of Russia which will go to Brazil for participation in the world WorldSkills Competition championship held to São Paulo during the period from August 11 to August 16, 2015 will be defined.

Competition for socially oriented non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan on the right of receiving property support  is held according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 18.02.2015 No. 99 "About Republican competition on rendering property support to socially oriented non-profit organizations". Socially oriented non-profit organizations, except for the public and municipal authorities, on condition of implementation by them according to constituent documents of activities for one or several types provided by points 1 and 2 of article 31.1 of the Federal law of January 12, 1996 No. 7-FZ "About non-profit organizations", in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan before giving by the specified organization of the application for participation in Competition can be not less than one year participants of Competition.

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation with a request to carry out an assessment of the regulating influence concerning the draft of the federal law "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation for the purpose of creation of system of complex rehabilitation and resocialization of the persons allowing illegal consumption of drugs or psychotropic substances and patients with drug addiction" came to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan .

For providing in 2015 the state support of the non-profit non-governmental organizations participating in development of institutes of civil society and realizing socially significant projects and projects in the sphere of protection of the rights and freedoms of the person and citizen according to the order of the President of the Russian Federation of 01.04.2015 No. 79-rp to  July 1, 2015 the competition of the state support of non-profit non-governmental organizations first in the current year will be held.

The resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 30.04.2015 No. 308 made  changes to an order of electronic interaction of citizens, executive bodies of the government and local governments of the republic within functioning of the state information system of the Republic of Tatarstan the "National control" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of 10.08.2012 No. 676.

The system National control is created for reception of addresses of citizens in the form of electronic notices for increase of efficiency and openness of the government and municipal bodies at the solution of the arriving questions of citizens and functions within the Portal of the state and municipal services of the republic.

In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan the working meeting on a question of creation of an interactive map of socially significant projects of non-profit organizations in the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

Representatives of Department of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning domestic policy, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan and SUE Center of Information Technologiesof the RT  took part in meeting.

At meeting possibility of realization of an interactive map of socially significant projects within Geoportal of the Republic of Tatarstan was discussed. Participants of meeting made the decision on creation of an interactive map of socially significant projects of the non-profit organizations placed in the republican register of socially oriented non-profit organizations – recipients of support.

At the Device of the President of the Republic of TatarstanThe first meeting of organizing committee for preparation and holding the III Republican forum of socially oriented non-profit organizations which will pass according to the order of the Cabinet of RT of 30.04.2015 No. 792-r  in Kazan in August, 2015 in t. The deputy minister of economy Oleg Pelevin participated in a meeting.

The enterprises and the organizations of the Kamsky cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan within business mission to China arrived to the industrial megalopolis of Guandzhou where they visited car assembly production of the Toyota company. 

During visit the Association of mechanicians of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny and region of Zakamye which represents more than 60 enterprises of the Kamsky cluster which are engaged in production of autocomponents submitted to the management of the Toyota Concern the proposals on cooperation within the localized production sites Toyota in Russia. 

Within the third day of visit to People's Republic of China the delegation of Tatarstan visited one of the largest automobile plants of China – the BYD company (Build your dream).

During a meeting with delegation the management of the BYD company shared information on strategic plans of the company, on localization of capacities in Brazil, the USA and India, new development in the field of cars and buses on electric to the course. In particular, the area manager of BYD on the CIS countries Maxim Ma reported about plans for localization of autoproduction.
