The Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov made the report at the All-Russian conference "Small and medium business: breakthrough strategy"

On May 26, 2015 within celebration of Day of the Russian business in the Central exhibition complex "Expotsentr" there took place the All-Russian conference "Small and medium business:breakthrough strategy". As organizers of action the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, CEC "Expocentre" with assistance of Sberbank and VEB acted.

Delegations of subjects of the Russian Federation, territorial commerce and industry chambers, representatives of business associations and associations, bodies of legislative and executive power, infrastructure of support, banks, institutes of development, representatives of a business community of the countries of SCO and BRICS took part in work of conference. Meetings of conference were devoted to the realization course in regions of the anti-recessionary measures directed on support and development of business, to decisions of the State Council of the Russian Federation on "About Measures for Development of Small and Average Business in the Russian Federation", access of small and medium business to purchases of the companies with the state participation.

In actions of conference also the delegation of the Ministry of Economics Tatarstan takes part in structure from the minister Artyom Zdunov, the first deputy minister Rustem Sibgatullin, the head of the Center of implementation of programs of support and development of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan Dilyus Shavaliyev, the director of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Bolotayev, and also representatives of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Minister of Economics made a speech at conference with the report on the subject "Ensuring Coordination of Efforts of the Regional Power and Subjects of NGS for the purpose of Implementation of Priority Regional Projects by Subjects of Small and Average Business". The minister told about an integrated approach to questions of support and development of business of Tatarstan by means of tools of Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, and also urged to strengthen cooperation of the republic with federal Agency of credit guarantees. Artyom Zdunov noted that by means of Agency Tatarstan expects to support the large investment projects directed also on import substitution. In particular, support of Agency in implementation of the investment project, priority for the republic, on production of automobile batteries in the territory of OEZ "Alabuga" is necessary today. Implementation of this project will allow to make to 1,5 million batteries a year, to create about 400 new workplaces and to provide the annual volume of preferential tax assignments of 250 million rubles.
