Rules of maintaining the register of contracts are changed

According to the changes made at the end of last year to the Federal law of 05.04.2013 No. 44-FZ "About contract system in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs" in the resolution of 28.11.2013 No. 1084 "About an order of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers, and the register of contracts containing the data which are the state secret" amendments by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 09.06.2015 No. 568 are made.
The mention of the State corporation on atomic energy "Rosatom" is added to points 5 and 6 of the resolution No. 1084, and coming into effect of separate provisions of the document is postponed since the beginning of 2016 to the beginning of 2017.
Besides, point 23 of "Rules of maintaining the register of the contracts signed by customers" about placement of a register entry in uniform information system in the sphere of purchases by Federal Treasury according to the information transfer formats approved by Federal Treasury became invalid.
By December 14, Tatarstan entrepreneurs will be able to apply for selection to the Platform for Growth acceleration program through the SME.RF Digital Platform.
From December 11 to December 14, St. Petersburg will host the New Year's Eve exhibition "New Year's Gift" of entrepreneurs' products, which can be attended free of charge with state support.
