In the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan untill September 1, 2015 inclusive order taking for competition of socially oriented non-profit organizations (SO NPO) on the right of receiving subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015  proceeds. 

On August 20, 2015 in the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of the balance commission on consideration of results of financial and economic activity of the agricultural enterprises which allowed losses or decrease following the results of work in the I half-year of the current year took place.

During meeting the reasons which influenced decrease in financial results of activity of the enterprises were discussed.

We remind that since July 1, 2015 change of the Federal law of May 4, 2011 No. 99-FZ "About licensing of separate kinds of activity", made by the Federal law of 29.12.2014 No. 458-FZ came into force.

The activity which is subject to licensing "on neutralization and placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger" is expanded with the law No. 458-FZ to activity "on collecting, transportation, processing, utilization, neutralization, placement of waste of the I-IV classes of danger".

By the order of the Government of Russia of August 13, 2015No. 1554-r the plan of measures on preparation of drafts of federal laws, acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and the departmental acts necessary for cancellation of the superfluous and (or) duplicating procedures, and also improvement of realization of the procedures included in the exhaustive list of procedures in the sphere of housing construction approved by the resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of April 30, 2014 No. 403 "About the exhaustive list of procedures in the sphere of housing construction" is approved.

We invite you to participate in the 18th international exhibition of chemical industry and science "Chemistry+" which will take place in the city of Moscow, since October 27-30, 2015.

Holding the "Chemistry+" exhibition will promote creation of new chemical technologies and materials and modernization of national economy on their basis, to overcoming of its raw character and transfer to a modern hi-tech way of development.

At an exhibition the uniform exposition from the Republic of Tatarstan will be presented.

In 2014 the resident of Tekhnopolis "Himgrad" JSC Tekhsnab got the state support of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan within implementation of the project on production of composite fittings and a masonry grid. For the same purposes the company raised funds of the private investor of 3 million rubles. Later half a year the company reached the planned production capacity level: 500 000 sq.m of a masonry grid a year. 

We remind that in 2015 implementation of all main programs of support of subjects of small and average business, the most demanded by enterprise community proceeds. These are such programs as "Leasing grant", subsidizing of part of the expenses connected with acquisition of the equipment. The guarantee fund continues to provide guarantees on the credits, the Fund of financial support providing microloans works.

On August 19, 2015 Naberezhnye Chelny were visited by delegation of Fund of Development of Monotowns under the leadership of the CEO Ilya Krivogov.  

During visit by members of delegation the following objects were examined: JSC KIP Master, JSC Kama Kristall Technology, agrarian and industrial complex "Kamsky", TEMPO steel works.

At support of Fund of development of monotowns implementation of the investment Project "Creation of Public Road Infrastructure in an Industrial Zone Naberezhnye Chelny" which unites the above-mentioned enterprises is planned.
