The fund of assistance to development of small forms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere continues collecting applications for participation in the second turn of the Development program which is aimed on granting grants to the small innovative enterprises at financial security of performance of research, developmental works of a high stage of readiness within implementation of innovative projects on development and development of new types of the knowledge-intensive production.

On October 2, 2015 at the State Council of RT parliamentary hearings under the bill RT "About the Budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016" took place. The deputy minister of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Oleg Pelevin submitted the forecast of social and economic development of the republic at a meeting.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs that on October 8, 2015 the meeting of the Commission on selection of demands for granting a subsidy to the organizations forming infrastructure of support of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan on which the requests submitted on competitive selection will be considered will take place at 10:00. In total 2 applications which all are allowed to competition are submitted.

The meeting of a contest committee within competitive selection of subjects of small and average business of the Republic of Tatarstan for providing the state support in a form of subsidies within action "Subsidizing of part of expenses of the subjects of business connected with acquisition of the equipment" will take place on October 6 and 7, 2015 by the address: Kazan, Moskovskaya St., 55, Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan, room 429.

As a part of delegation from Tatarstan headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov participated in a number of official meetings, in particular, with the governor of Stavropol Krai Vladimir Vladimirov and the Governor of Karelia Alexander Hudilaynen, and also signing of the agreement between the Republic of Tatarstan and the international payment system the Master Card. 

At the Center of property support of socially oriented non-profit organizations (further – SO NPO) the next meeting of the Contest committee of Republican competition on rendering property support for SO NPO on a grant basis took place on October 2, 2015.

Within working visit of the Tatarstan delegation headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the Republic of Abkhazia the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov took part in work of a round table "Tatarstan-Abkhazia".

On October 1, 2015 on the International day  of elderly people at the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan on a good tradition they held a festive event  for veterans of the ministry who  put forces and knowledge in social and economic development of the republic for many years of the life. 

On the Round table it is planned to discuss topical issues of development of the regional markets of intellectual property, to give an assessment of current state and to define the strategic directions of development of the sphere of intellectual property.

The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan informs on the beginning of order taking for participation in Competitive selection of the multipurpose centers of providing the state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan for participation in the All-Russian competition "The Best Multifunction Center of Russia".
