About improvement of requirements for providing public authorities and local government with information
The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of September 28, 2015 No. 1024 made changes in a row of the regulations excluding the requirement about providing business activity by subjects to public authorities and local government: constituent documents and their copies if adoption of administrative decisions isn't connected with information containing in constituent documents; extracts from the Unified state register of legal entities.
The Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan prepared a rating of social and economic development of municipalities of the republic for January-August, 2015
In the general rating for January-August, 2015 the leading positions were taken by Kazan city(1 place), Almetyevsk (the 2nd place) and Nizhnekamsk (the 3rd place)  municipal areas.
