On March 29, 2016 there have come into force the amendment to the microfinancial legislation which significantly change an order of business of MFO and enter new measures for protection of the rights of borrowers of the microfinancial organizations.

In Moscow the scheduled meeting of the working group of the Commission at the President of the Russian Federation on monitoring of achievement of the target indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation determined by the President of the Russian Federation has taken place on March 29, 2016.

On the official site of a SEZ of "Alabuga" information on all main indicators of activity of the company following the results of 2015 is provided.

Till April 15, 2016 Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" (ASI) accepts applications for a regional competition of the National Technological Initiative (NTI). 

On September 19-22, 2016 in Moscow the 33rd World conference of the International technology parks association will take place. The Skolkovo Foundation will act as organizer of the conference.

The list had included 90 organizations (joint-stock companies and other legal entities) which realize programs of innovative development.

During session priorities when developing strategy of social and economic development of Alekseevsky, Chistopolsky, Spassky and Alkeevsky municipal districts have been defined. By results of action the main strategic objective, and also system of priority strategic objectives of development of municipal districts is defined.

In the Republic of Tatarstan order taking for participation in the Factory of Business project for a new stream "START of FACTORY" for the beginning businessmen and "Factories for advanced" proceeds. The project is realized together with the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Kazan (Volga) federal university with assistance of Representative office of Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization "Agency of strategic initiatives of promotion of new projects" in the Volga Federal District. 

From May 23 to May 24, 2016 in Naberezhnye Chelny the III International scientific and practical conference "Partnership for Development of Clusters" held by the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan together with Association "non-profit partnership "Kama Innovative Territorial and Production Cluster" and Association of innovative regions of Russia with assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation will take place.

The director NO "Guarantee fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" Sergey Bolotayev has taken part on March 31, 2016 at a seminar – the meeting which has taken place within the Project of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and the World bank "Assistance to Increase of Level of Financial Literacy of the Population and to Development of Financial Education in the Russian Federation".
