Public consultations on the draft of the order of the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation on the draft of the federal law "About modification of article 45 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation" are held

The appeal of Department of an assessment of the regulating influence of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation about carrying out public consultations on the draft of the federal law "About modification of article 45 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation (regarding improvement of powers according to documentation on planning of the territory)" has come to the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The project is prepared for definition of authorized body on the approval of documentation on planning of the territory providing placement of linear objects in cross-border territories.
