On June 23, 2016 the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin has signed the federal law "About modification of article 55 of the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation".

The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation has published the negative conclusion of RIA on the draft of the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation "About modification of the Rules of holding the auction on buying the conclusion of the contract of water use approved by the resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 14, 2007 No. 230", developed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation.

On June 29, 2016 the Federation Council has considered and has accepted a number of the documents prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development. Changes in Federal laws "About joint-stock companies" and "About limited liability companies" regarding regulation of large deals and transactions in which commission there is an interest" detail concepts of a large deal, the transaction with interest, an order of their approval, and also a consequence of their commission without necessary consent of governing body of society.

The Federation Council has approved the federal law making changes in 294-FZ "About protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs at implementation of the state control (supervision), municipal control".

On June 23, 2016 the President of the Russian Federation has signed the Federal law "About modification of article 7 of the Federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About assistance to development of housing construction" and separate acts of the Russian Federation".

The representative of the Noncommercial microcredit company "Fund of Support of Business of the Republic of Tatarstan" has taken part in meeting about measures of economic support of the republican construction materials industry enterprises. 

Tatarstan which for the first time has headed the Rating of innovative development of territorial subjects of the Russian Federation pays special attention to shots and level of their life. 

Tatarstan for the first time became the leader Rating of innovative development among Russian Federation subjects. Rating is prepared by institute of statistical researches and economies of knowledge of Higher School of Economics. 

In Moscow on June 29, 2016 in the Russian Government Analytical Centre the seminar on a subject :"Development of the competition in regions: results of introduction of the Standard of development of the competition in 2015" has taken place.
 

The changes made to the specified Federal law are caused by creation of the Unified state register of civil registrations. The specified Register represents the systematized set of the documentary data in an electronic form received as a result of the state civil registration and commission by bodies the REGISTRY OFFICE of other legally significant actions.
