Rustam Minnikhanov in Naberezhnye Chelny: Industrial zone road infrastructure reconstruction is a guarantee of our large investment projects progress
Today the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov within a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny has participated in the ceremony devoted to completion of works on reconstruction of a road network in an industrial zone of an autohail. Also at action there were the Minister of Economics of the Republic of Tatarstan Artyom Zdunov, the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev, the Minister of Transport and Road Construction of RT Lenar Safin, the First Deputy CEO of NO "Fund of development of monotowns" Sergey Karpov and others.
Repair of a paving in the territory of an industrial zone wasn't carried out since the beginning of a city building and KAMAZ plant - more than 40 years. On some sites degree of wear reached 90%. In September, 2015 at joint financing BUT "Fund of development of monotowns" large-scale works on reconstruction of highways on streets Motor, Metallurgical, Industrial, Production and Pipe drives with a general extent of 27 km started. In total 801,3 million rubles have been mastered.
Having congratulated residents of Naberezhnye Chelny on long-awaited completion of rescue and recovery operations, Rustam Minnikhanov has emphasized that roads are "blood vessels" of the cities today and successful development of business and consequently economies of municipality in many respects depends on their quality.
"In time, difficult for our country, the Government of the Russian Federation has made the decision on support of monotowns, enters their number also Naberezhnye Chelny. The fact that we have received the status of the territory of the advancing development and support of Fund of development of monotowns – only the beginning. Further projects will develop and provide economic stability of our city of Naberezhnye Chelny", - the President of RT has told.
Nail Magdeev has noted that implementation of this project has the special importance for an autohail. "On behalf of residents of Naberezhnye Chelny I want to express words of gratitude for the given support. Roads in an industrial zone are very important for all city. There is a special wish to thank road builders: we see that repair is carried out top-level", - he has added.
The First Deputy CEO of NO "Fund of development of monotowns" Sergey Karpov has given appreciation to competent actions of the leaders of the republic and city of Naberezhnye Chelny in time, heavy for national economy. He has also noticed that for Fund of development of monotowns opening of the updated road network in an autohail – one of the first successful projects. It is sure that thanks to existence of qualitative road infrastructure it will be possible to attract additional investments here and to continue work on diversification of economy that, in turn, will allow to reduce monodependence of the city, Sergey Karpov has declared.
